The whole process went very well and the problem was found quickly and corrected

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. I bought a flipped house last year and 2 days later the AC went out. This company helped me fight the contractor that flipped it and also gave me a huge discount on a new system. About 3 weeks after my service warranty expired, we found a leak in the coil. But they came to the rescue again and got everything covered 100%. I cannot tell you how wonderful these guys are and I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!! DKing

This was a nightmare. Their ad stated FREE service call. The tech started with saying "it ain't good." Temp was 88 degrees inside and he was here two hours and did nothing. He offered several upsales from $159 a lb for freon to new system. It's only 11 years old. I was very disappointed.

I contacted AA Service and Repair-North Florida AC when my 20+ year old system was just not keeping up with the 100-degree heat the last couple of weeks. From start to finish, this was a terrific experience. Everyone I dealt with, from the customer relations specialists on the phone to the service technicians that came out, were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They came out 2 days later and had the old system out and the new one up and running in an afternoon. They followed up with several phone calls to make sure I was ok. When I expressed a small concern about the initial performance of the new equipment, they sent another team out within a couple of hours to recheck everything to my satisfaction. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

very good, the staff at AA Service and Repair were excellent, very professional, on time, respectful, and very knowledgeable of the AC systems. Office staff called ahead to let me know the technicians were on the way, technicians then called to confirm they are in enroute. communication was excellent. Company is a local family owned business that is dedicated to top notch customer service.

AA replaced my Trane unit in March 2015 in my rental home. The tenants left after their lease was up in May 2016 and I inspected the house. I was disappointed to see the shoddy installation work of the unit and I immediately called them to voice my displeasure. Sean, one of the managers, came out and viewed the installation. He agreed some things should have been done better and he he fixed all the repairs himself even though my one year warranty had expired...at NO CHARGE!! I was glad they stood behind their work and rectified the installation...service after the sale. I may not have been happy with their initial work, but in the end, they took care of all my concerns. The provider was extremely responsive and was at my door within 2 hours of my call. They rapidly diagnosed the issue and the service technician was knowledgable and pleasant. I called the company after the service was complete with additional questions and they were very helpful and responsive.

Rep arrived right on time. Young man very courteous and professional. He answered several questions regarding drain line and other maintenance I should perform periodically (such as putting 1 cup white vinegar into condensate line to prevent mold growth). He was here about an hour checking electronic readings on both furnace and A/C so it was NOT just a drive-by. I have no problem recommending AA Service to anyone.

We have had a maintenance agreement with AA since early 2015. One of our 3 AC units failed completely, mid morning 6/14/2016. I called the AA manager (Jeremy) who had his guy on site in less then 2 hours. He explained my options and, since the old unit was 16 years old, We agreed it was time for new. Angie, the co-owner made, what I considered, a reasonable price quote, we agreed to proceed. The new unit was installed outside and the new indoor air handler were installed and fully operational by the end of 6/16/2016 (just 2 days later). This turn around time was impressive and the team (Ricardo and Don) were exceptionally careful and thorough both with the installation and their attention to keeping the inside activity clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending AA.

Well, the A/C technician was very professional and courteous. He had a resolution to the problem in less than 15 minutes, which is great for a homeowner, who has been without A/C for 24 hours and the internal thermostat reads 88 degrees. I have been with this company for a least 3 years and the service has not decline once.

When our old a/c unit was on the fritz last year we went looking for some help, consulted with two different companies but ended up going with AA Service & Repair - North Florida AC due to their customer service and good price on a new a/c unit. We really liked that this is a family owned company and that the owner is involved and easily accessible if needed. We had a great experience from start to finish. The workers who came to the house were knowledgeable, prompt, thorough and courteous. Will continue to recommend and use in future for our a/c needs :)

Dishonest company. My AC was not working, they came and he did a diagnostic saying it was the motor gave me a quote that totaled $600 i agreed thinking it was for the motor and labor. He was there for a total of 2 hours. The next day i called our house builder they said that the ac has a 5 year warranty on it. Called this company back to refund the money for the motor they refused saying now it was a flat rate and they wont give back the money for the motor which still was in warranty ! . Avoid this company!!!! Update on this company , my other blower for the 1st floor gone bad , a repair man from AC DESIGN came and told me that the blower or fan is bad. I paid 215.00 dollars for the whole thing. 100 upfront fee to go out then 115 for labor the motor was still in warranty. Not like AA service and repair that they trick you with having a $49.00 upfront fee for diagnostics then overcharge you for everything else.

Called scheduled appointment, they called morning of appointment, arrived as promised 5minutes before actually. Ricardo was the service tech! Explained what he would be doing, diag'ed problem, had the part on the van, removed and replaced defective part. Unit came back to life!!! Ricardo continued to verify operation of unit, once satisfied unit was in good operating condition verified charge on system up to good pressures, asked if if there was anything else we need he departed to next Service. Really appreciated Ricardo's excellent service detailing operation of unit and explaining anything I asked as I watched the entire process from start to finish. We purchased our from AA which the night they installed it was finished at 2am, at no point was there any signs of wanting to call it a day until the unit was up and running, which in my opinion says it all about the dedication to finish the job 100%! Says a lot about the company hands down. You can't make everyone happy all the time but they try very hard! Recommend them 100%!

The office called about 45 minutes before they arrived to let me know that a technician was on their way. Upon arrival, the technician introduced himself and went straight to work. He was punctual and very courteous. Gave me tips on things to do to maintain my unit. The office was the one who contacted me in the first place to remind me that it was time for service. I'm a busy single mom, so I could use the reminders!

Called for a quote on replacing and upgrading our AC Unit and with just a very few short days we had it up and running and couldn't be happier. When I spoke to the "owner" (no name given) I told her that he can't enter without valid ID and that it is irresponsible to be without a license when you are behind the wheel of a vehicle. She verbally went on the attack, began arguing with me, and told me that she didn't want my business.

Sale and installation of equipment went well. Unit brokedown after 4 days and AA Service was not able to fix the problem. Trane personnel came out to fix the issue (circuit board) the next day. Follow up after the sale has been abyssmal. Multiple emails and phone calls with no response. Product and installation team was excellent - response after has been completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have had problems from day one. I would not recommend them. They do not stand behind their product. They didn't have my unit inspected. They low ball the price to get in the door. When they hooked up the unit. They didn't hook it up properly. When they sent someone back out, the tech said it wasn't hooked up right. The company wouldn't admit to it. They said I must have had someone else work on it. Then they tried to charge me, even though it was still under warranty.

Our old "Builder's Grade" system had 7 service calls in 7 years. The last straw was the compressor failed, and replacement was to cost $2,500. With the poor record of equipment quality and service we decided to get bids on a replacement system and take advantage of the IRS Tax rebate to upgrade our system efficiency from SEER 10 to SEER 15. I contacted about 10 local vendors found with Internet searches and sale offerings in the Local MINT magazine. Of those 7 responded with estimates ranging from $4,000 to $7,000. I narrowed the selection to 3 vendors, and checked the ratings of their proposed brands at this site: http://www.furnacecompare.com/furnace_ratings.html. Interestingly enough, all of the primary brands of equipment had fairly poor overall ratings. None of them stood out as reliable equipment. Reading the details of the ratings across equipment companies, It appeared that the real problems were not associated with the hardware, but with the installation crews. Based on this, I decided to stay home and closely monitor the installation process. In the final analysis, AA Service and Repair came in with the best price, using a good brand of equipment, and I decided to go with them. The installation crew was very prompt, and both men had 7-9 years experience in the business. They were friendly, dedicated, hard working and informative. They explained every step of the replacement process, and where the pitfalls could occur. When done, they left the area clean and tidy. The new system is much quieter and performs all functions well. I will have to wait to see if there is really an impact on the electric bill.
