904 MSP provided exceptional customer service and delivered both thoughtful and quality work at a price in line with what I had expected after doing some pre-research. It has been 8 days since 904 MSP completed their work and everything is working flawlessly with 1gig speed from one end of the 1960s brick house to the other. I initially reached out to 904 MSP to have 6 ethernet lines dropped into various rooms to eliminate dead zones in a brick home. I worried that a smaller project than that wouldn not be worth the company's time. I was wrong. After an initial walkthrough and conversation about my needs/objectives, Imran recognized that I only needed 3 cat6 drops instead of 6 which then substantially reduced the project cost. Imran was most interested in providing what I needed rather than what would increase the project cost. And when it came time to start the work, the same person who did the walkthrough and estimate was onsite installing the lines alongside Julian. Also, Imran and Julian gave as much of their time to talk with me as I needed, too. They truly made me feel like a valued customer. Lastly, I feel fortunate to have received this level of customer service and quality of work at a very competitive price. I can't wait for another reason to work with 904 MSP again. As an amateur techy, I'm sure I'll find a reason soon.

Only disappointment is I can only give 904MSP 5 stars. Would love to give them 500!!! Imran called me in less than 5 min of submitting my request. Laptop is running like a bull now! Faster and better than when it was new!!! EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE!!! Lighting fast turnaround!! They will get all my work now. Going to pull out some old desktop units and have them pull off info and use as backup. Highly recommend!!! Focused and diligent!

Excellent knowledge base on networking

Imran provided me help over the phone initially which was excellent. However, the issue needed him to come over to determine the cause. He provided a easy solution for the printer not working due to poor wi-fi signal. Imran provided a much better gateway for internet that easily reached the printer. The extender I was using was no longer needed.

Outstanding Customer Service, Prompt Service and Great Intergrity

Expert knowledge in the area we needed and had our systems back online in about 15 min after arriving. Even made suggestions for how to obtain the greatest service and speed in the future if we decide we need it. Very happy with 904-MSP!!!
