History Established in 2000. 123 Fence was started in Macon GA April of 2000. Since then we have offered a wide range of fencing/ access control products and services throughout the Southeastern United States. We provide our services to residential, commercial, industrial and DOD clients. Meet the Business Owner Clifford Kline I began my journey in this field in 1989 while I was still a member of the United States Air Force as a communications specialist from 1987 to 1994. I was a sub contractor for a well know fence contractor in the middle GA area handling all of access controls and gate operator work. While contracting for this company I learned the fence business from the inside from some very knowledgeable and potent fence professionals. I continued my work with this company after separating from the Air Force until I opened my own company in Y2K. I really enjoy a great sense of satisfaction when designing and building projects from the ground up and the client is happy with their result.
