Our car broke down on the highway, had it towed to Willard's based on other reviews since we are new to the area and did not know who to take our car to. They called early the first morning, told me the timing belt was shot and what was needed to repair the car, explained the repair in detail and what it would cost, they called 24 hours later and said the car was ready. Picked the car up, they showed me the old parts, price was exactly as quoted and they did everything they told me they would be doing. Car runs great and we are very pleased. Will be taking our cars there in the future. Very, very pleased with the overall experience.

Installed brakes. I'm a loyal customer for as long as I drive.

I have a 17 year old van that I need to keep running for a while longer. Billy at Willard's always makes recommendations based of the cost of service vs. the value of the vehicle and let's me know what needs to be done and what can wait, and always looks for low cost alternatives. The last service needed the power steering looked at and they did a great job replacing the power steering unit in one day (there are no parts for it, only full replacement units). That evening it started behaving badly and they took it back the next day and replaced the faulty unit at no cost and had me back on the road.
I tell everyone I know to take their vehicles to Willard's.

Had a check engine light and a misfire in my Lincoln LS and was due for an oil change. Billy estimated the cost around $400.00, which is almost $300.00 less than Mayport Car Care which was recommended to me by friends (do not recommend them). Within 2 hours of starting the job, Billy called to say the problem was diagnosed and he also recommended changing a serpentine belt. He replaced 8 spark plugs, one coil, changed the oil, and fixed some internal switches for less than $400.00. By far the most honest and talented auto maintenance facility I have come across in Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

He is always professional in his approach to a job. He explains what he is doing anddoes not recommend work that is not needed. His estimates are accurate and keeps in touch as job progresses.

I think he is very honest and is excellent at what he does. He always offers the most cost effective options first.

He is honest as the day is long. It is a three generation business. They usually only do mechanical tune ups and repairs. They don't do just oil changes, only if you have other service needed to be done. Their mechanical knowledge is fantastic. They will work on any car. They are super. Billy Willard is now the owner. The Cadillac dealership wanted around $5500 to change the transmission. He will tell you if you don't need something rather than sell you things you don't need.

I had a 2001 Yukon XL that had No cold Air Blowing, I had a local Tire dealer tell me it would cost $1800 to fix becasue the entire system needed to be replaced. I brought it to Willards and they informed me that the Accuator (?) valve was corroded and it needed replacement. After which, I needed a freon refill. I asked what the cost was? Out the door in $130.00. DONE! Air Blows cold. Analyzed and repaired and picked up the same day beofre 1pm. The Car was registered the next day and has been blowing cold for the first 2 weeks.. Honest and FAST Service. CAN NOT Beat these GUYS!

The best, most honest mechanics around. They came highly recommended from two friends and didn't disappoint. My broken a/c system was fixed for $405 versus the $1275 that Arlington Toyota estimated. Willards also talks you through everything they did.

I go to Willards Garage for all of my car service needs. They are always above board. They always call to get my approval before doing any work on the car to make sure that I want to spend the amount of money it will cost. I give them an A+.
