**WE NOW OFFER FINANCING** K&D Roofing and Construction Company is a highly reputable family owned and operated roofing and construction company and has been since 1990. We use our own crews which have worked with us for the past 8+ years on all of our "REPAIRS" and/or "RE-ROOFING"projects. We are a Master Elite Contractor, ME16047 (www.GAF.com), a member of NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Assoc.) and an Accredited Business Member of BBB. We are also Haag Engineering certified to inspect for wind and hail damage to the exterior of the house. K&D takes pride in working side by side with homeowners in order to provide them with the most cost-effective and affordable rates without altering the quality of the products used. We firmly believe that we can match and/or beat any "LEGITIMATE" competitors bid on the exact same scope of work. We also offer a 10 year workmanship warranty on all of our "RE-ROOFING" projects. "I apologize for your frustrations. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction & timely response. Unfortunately my office manager was in a car accident on the day you called & just returned to work yesterday. I thought I had reviewed all of her notes and made all the appropriate phone calls. We would gladly schedule an appt. for you if you are still in need of leak detection."
FYI, the other companies did come out or call to reschedule. I find it fascinating that this company is continuously trying to say we called another company with a similar name. I also find it interesting that the response below indicates that they do schedule appointments, yet that was their main argument in that they had not spoken to my sister because "they don't give times for estimates"
"It is unfortunate that the company you called did not show up for their appt. I have double checked all of our records (which are very detailed) and we have no record associated with that name or address. I am positive that you are confusing our company with another. We are 2 weeks out for any appointments for estimates so if a call was made on the 19th we would not have scheduled to come out on the following Tuesday. As for giving time frames, we give exact dates & times for our appointments. Our company values our customer's time & opinions. If a problem arises and an appt. must be changed, the homeowner is always given a courtesy call with the details of the situation."
