after 3 times we still have the carpenter ants during the first attempt to rid them the tech was short and stood on our toilet instead of getting a ladder to put powder in our exhaust fan with a metal applicator when he stepped down the applicator got caught on the fan edge and broke the plastic where the screws held the fan up. I bought a new fan and I have heard nothing back about them having it installed after them coming out and taking pictures. I have medical issues preventing me from doing it. If nothing is done about this after our contract is up we will not renew it,as customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a high priority

Had bug out in arlington for years- great service. Moved to Beach in Q1 2017 and hired again- Very poor service. Only 400 ft of grass that was not maintained. Round 1 (Q4 17) - Dead spots - bugs, etc... Called to complain -sent manager - he said it was because they only sprayed every 2 months- this "type weed" was fast moving. He would spray to kill but would leave dead spots. Could not deviate from every 2 months. Round 2 (Q1 17) - Lawn looks awful - called to complain - told me tech would show on X Day to treat lawn. I was home all day- never showed- never called. Came on the next day unannounced and left a note saying he could not access back yard due to dog. - 20 pound terrier.

We have used numerous yard maintenance companies in our 7 years in Jacksonville. Our contract expires this month and we will definitely renew. On Halloween we had a number of our neighbors ask who did our yard maintenance, and stated we had the best yard in the subdivision. So that should tell you the quality of their work and the results. There a couple dead spots in the yard that they addressed quickly. We have been extremely happy with Bug Out's service and professionalism.

When I call them, they are pretty responsive. The lawn looks fine. There is one or sometimes two people here doing the work, depending on the service.

I haven't always loved the reports they gave, but I knew it needed to be done. I've used Bug-Out for 3 years now and have been very satisfied. I was having alot of problems with sugar ants in the 2nd year and they came in and really fixed the problem. If you dont stay on top of ants they can get really bad in this area. Every time I call they give a prompt response and are polite and professional.

Despite previous correspondence I took the time to type and mail to Bug-Out they continue to provide dismal to non-existent service. In my correspondence to them, I requested they call before coming out. Today, they showed up without calling and I am babysitting friend's dogs in my backyard. The last time they left a note on my door telling me they came but I wasn't here. Maybe I could have been here had they bothered to pick up the phone and make an appointment!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE GREEDY, INCOMPETENT, LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
