Excellent. Brian Lohman was my contractor. He worked with us as far as we did the knock-out. We even stripped some damaged sheet rock away from the studs, as well as removed popcorn ceiling. He and his workers put in custom cabinets, tile (subway & glass) back-splash, new sink, some new plumbing when moving the dishwasher to another place, and installed a new convection/microwave oven. He and his team were very thoughtful, courteous, and positive people. We are already planning our next remodel.

Brian is a jack of all trades, we have contracted him for many things including all spectrums of building and home projects. For this project, we were renovating two rooms in our house. I secured the flooring with a local decorator and Brian and his crew installed it. They were finished on time, and it looked great. He and his crew even helped me by assembling some furniture and putting the new beds together for the two rooms! Great help!
