Furniture - Sales
I finally called 1-800-BADCOCK and found out that the part has been at the store since some time in December. It is now January 15, 2014. When I called the store prior to this call the young girl who claimed to be the manager was very rude and hung up on me. These people have been extremely rude AFTER the purchase. I will never go to another BADCOCKS. My husband suffered several cuts from trying to pull the broken part on his recliner. Right now I am on hold listening to this recording saying after "over 100 years of treating people right"...blah, blah, blah.
I just talked to Christina at 1800 BADCOCKS and she assured me there will be a work order done. Someone will contact me tomorrow. Follow up tomorrow.
