I was charged what I was quoted over the phone beforehand. The service technician arrived earlier than anticipated and was finished in under a half hour. Bruce was very professional and pointed out to me how dangerous working with the torsion springs could be without the proper tools and knowledge. I am very satisfied.

My repairman "Joe" was very knowledgeable. He repaired my garage door to better than new. Precision Door Service was very prompt in contacting me "within 5 minutes" of posting on Service Magic. I was given an appointment for the next day. Very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend.
