The project was to fix the leak with plumbing on inground spa adjacent to the swimming pool. Was not advised that spa plumbing repairs may affect spa water flow to all 5 jets in the spa and ability of the spa pump to produce bubbles in the spa. After numerous e-mails over 2 months, the plumbing was not repaired to original configuration for proper water flow to all 5 jets in the spa and for spa pump to produce bubbles to all 5 jets in the spa after repair. The leak was fixed in spa plumbing however original water flows to all 5 jets is not restored and spa pump still does not produce bubbles in the spa. Would not recommend this pool vendor for any type of repair involving spa plumbing with a spa pump as the vendor does not know/have any experience in fixing spa plumbing. Now I have a spa pump that does not produce bubbles after repair and now need to consult with another pool /spa vendor for the spa to be restored to the original state/configuration before repair. I had to constantly e-mail and phone pool vendor to inform that repairs were not completed correctly without resolution. This customer is not satisfied with quality of work from this pool vendor.
