They were horrible. They get the work done but you need to tell them what to work on, have to call them 10 times a day and actually, one of his workers told me to call him to remind him to come see me, and they did only half of my bathroom where it's supposed to be total remodel to make it handicapped-accessible and they dug out and there were cracks that keep reappearing.

Remodeling of my bathroom started in a timely matter. After he was finished, I was not very pleased with the work done. I had my bathtub removed in exchange for a shower. Sink was made wheelchair accessible. My closet which is next to my bathroom was made smaller in order to allow for a larger bathroom. The tile work was done well. The walls were redone with a knock down texture to hide imperfections since my home is older and many layers of paint were applied to the walls in the past. When I looked at other peoples knock down texture I realized how poorly mine was done. It looked as if someone just threw globs of the material on the wall. Some walls had big flat spaces whereas other parts had more. My light switch was crooked and there was a dip above the light switch which appeared to be an attempt to create a knock down texture there. It was a very sloppy job and does not look like it was done by a professional. I often wonder If I could have done a better job myself. A few months after my bathroom was finished, I noticed that the wall, which was originally torn down to make my bathroom bigger, started to develop cracks. I called the company and was told to just put some putty on it, paint over it and it should be fine. Well, a few weeks later the cracks reappeared and got bigger and bigger. I called Mr. Guay again and he said as soon as he could "free someone up" he would let me know. I had to call him again a few times and several weeks later he finally sent someone out to fix it. Someone by the name of "Charlie" came out and started the repair. He took all my stuff down, shelves and mirror to fix the damage. He left without finishing the job. A few days later I called to follow up and find out if someone would finish the job and again I was put off until he could "free someone up". I also told Mr. Guay that more paint may be needed to repaint the wall. Weeks past and no one showed up. Meanwhile the walls started to crack again. I called Mr. Guay and he told me he was busy doing another job and could not "free anyone up". Weeks past again and Mr. Guay simply ignored my phone calls and did not call me back. I asked my son, to please call and see if he could get someone to come fix my bathroom as I was tired of having an unfinished bathroom and had stuff laying everywhere. I am handicapped therefore it was a problem for me to have shelves laying in the way to utilize my bathroom. My son was finally able to get someone to call me. I was called by David Zloch who performs work for Larry Guay. David told me he was "busy" and he would see if he "could free someone up". Days went by and I had to start calling David Zloch to get someone to come out to finish my bathroom. During my last phone call with David he informed me to call him on Wednesday to "remind him" to see if he could send someone out on Thursday. I again asked my son to please call David as I didn't feel it was my responsibility to remind them to find out if they could send someone out. Two days ago, after a period that spanned over three months, a skilled worker finally came out. He fixed the walls and left. I went and bought a gallon of matching paint and painted the bathroom myself. I just couldn't bare dealing with this company any longer. It is unfortunate that this company not only does sloppy work but also does not fully honor the warranty they offer, as they collected their money and the customer is put on the back burner since new jobs that pay money are more important. Overall, poor workmanship and poor customer service. Warranty is worthless.
