Smooth salesman promised great product installation. Approx 80 feet of seamless gutter was installed along the front of the house.
I was shopping when the job was done and when I was coming back, I was nearly struck by the installer recklessly speeding out of the subdivision after he finished.
Gutter is wavy along the center of the house, very obvious at both ends of front of house. The whole purpose of seamless gutters is the smooth, flawless appearance. Downspout was installed touching the water faucet on wall, making it very difficult to connect a hose.
I called the company the day after installation and stated my concerns. The receptionist took the details and said the installer would contact me. The next day the receptionist called and said my husband approved the job and nothing would be done. When I protested, explaining I had hired the company and my husband was dealing with other issues and did not notice problems until later, I was told the installer would contact me. 2 weeks later and I have not heard from this company again.
I wish I had chosen AJ's Aluminum to do the job. They had matching pricing and mitered corners for a much better look.
Do not hire this company because of poor quality work and no support upon completion.

They came out when they said that they would be here, they installed gutters and downspouts, very professional and they did a great job.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for gutter placement. The first day the crew came to install the gutters, I had other contractors working on my home. They said that they couldn't install the gutters because the other contractors had not left them with access to where the gutters needed to be. They weren't angry with the situation and rescheduled the appointment without any problems. They were able to come by several days later and complete the project without me even being home.
Would recommend them in the future.
The only note to be aware of is that the gutter deal only included the gutters along the house. I had to pay extra for the spouts that bring the water to ground level, a necessary part of having properly functioning gutters.

The deal covers footage and downspouts are counted as footage, corners, valley shields are all counted by footage."
"Our gutter deal covers 50'. Each downspout is 13' you could purchase our deal and get one downspout with 37' of feet and there would be no additional. You could also purchase the deal and get 50' of just gutter. Our deal only covering 50' means whatever additional you have has to be paid for. We offer those customers who have additional a discounted price. We apologize for rescheduling, due to rain we have to reschedule sometimes, also if a color is missed and we do not have it we have to wait for the color to be delivered. There are also times that our supplier is late with a delivery or it is not on the truck. As for the dent we were not aware so we could not send anyone back to fix what is dented. We will be more than happy to send someone out there, we want 100% customer satisfaction with every customer. Again we apologize for your unpleasant experience you encountered with our company. We would like to make things up to you."

"A Big Deal was purchased for our interior/exterior Paint Deal. However, upon meeting with the client the requests and expectation for using the Big Deal were for items not covered under the services for the Big Deal (i.e. drywall repair, exterior stucco patches, change texture of interior walls, etc.). Even though the requested work did not apply to the purchased Big Deal, we had provided the requested estimates and allowed a credit for the entire purchase amount of the Angie's List Big Deal of $447.00. The client's agreed to have work commence at a certain date. As we approached the date of initial commencement, our crews were behind with completion of two other jobs due to unforeseen weather conditions - it is never a good idea to paint exterior during rain. This client was contacted to discuss and agreed to reschedule his job, yet the next day he called to cancel. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused this client. Our office strives to keep open communication, so any concerns are only a quick phone call away from resolving."
