BOTANICAL NAIL BOUTIQUE

The service was great, it was small and comfortable and the girls were professional enough for me and i was glad to see that the methods they used (no drills on my nails) were a little more efficient. However, I told the girl i wanted "pink and white" which is normally 35$ at any other salon, Pink and white is supposed to be White acrylic tip around a sculpted pink nail bed. The girl assured me that all her cusotmers loved the pink and white and thats what they all seemed to get. My nail tech even asked me if i would like light, medium or bright pink acrylic. I asked for the bright pink. 
What i actually got was clear base (no pink what so ever) and white nail tips covered again with clear acrylic. Usually nail salons call this a "french Full set" and charge 20$ for this service. Instead they called this "Pink and white" and charged me 35$ when in reality no pink and no white acrylic was used.
Additionally, within an hour of driving home and walking in my door i  look down at my nails to see that my nails are so thin and so little of acrylic was used that the corner tip of my thumb had chipped off. When i tried to call the salon back to come in to have this repaired i received no response. 
Needless to say my nerves and pocket took too big of a hit on this experience, I will not be returning!
