Prompt response to request. Offered a room A/C unit to keep us cool until new unit is installed.

They were absolutely great. They had to come back to add additional stuff for my master bedroom and they came back immediately. Did the job and even sent a supervisor with an added part they needed so I wouldn't have to wait. The guys were clean, efficient. and knowledgable.

very professional - got an upgrade at no charge because model I ordered was out of stock- came next day to do job-mid-summer and no AC in the house feel confident that job was done properly

Excellent presentation by Eric prior to granting of contract. Eric spent about 15 minutes in a hot attic to inspect and insure that the ducts were in good condition. He had a computer laptop with him and completed the calculations and written proposal at my home, printing it out on his portable printer. The office backup, Cathy, and Bayonet�s Website were impressive. The installation crew did a great job and the County Inspector said they did. The in house follow up Engineer/Inspector Joe spent considerable time checking the new system until he was satisfied.

Our sales rep was very polite and kept his word that he would do whatever it took to make sure that we were satisfied with the new a/c system. We had an issue with not enough air flow with the original ductwork and return system. Bayonet came back and at their expense added and additional return and relocated the thermostat at no additional cost to us to achieve the comfort in the new system that we expected Thanks Bayonet

I had 4 estimates and Bayonet gave the best price. They also sat down (but w/all fairness, so did most of the others) and explained all my options and what would work out best for the price I wanted to spend.

14 SEER Lennox heat pump. Quality Install, followed the guys through their work, they were friendly, explained what they were doing. Best part was Joe, their QC guy, helped fine tune the system after installers finished. Had to return to replace T-stat (factory calibrated wrong, not Bayonet's fault), then he spent time with us making sure it was the temp in the house that the T-stat said, etc. Explained proper usage of T-stat throughout the year, etc. Good value for the money, we'll see how good lennox systems are as only time will tell, however, got the 10/10 warranty, so I am not worried. Overall - Good Job Bayonet

Trust your instincs. Bayonet was extremely professional from start to finish. The installers did not take any shortcuts even when thos presented themselves and could have easily been hidden to the home owner. Bayonet is really a professional unit and having a NATE professional coming out after the installation to fine tune the system is a real perk.

All of the people in this Company that we dealt with are so courteous and professional. They did an outstanding job and in a very timely manner. Installation was somewhat complex and had two issues which Bayonet was quick to resolve. They are competent and have a quality product.

As Holmes would say---they did it right. From pulling a permit, installation where the installers took pride in the quality of their work, The QA followup and the county innspector---All excited my expectations....Overwhelmed pleased and certainly would share this info with friends and anyone who asked.
