The install went exactly as Rob Crerar said it would go. Very professional from the sale to the completion of the job. The Quality Control Inspector from Bayonet came out and went through the install and adjusted my thermostat for ideal settings. They all went out of their way to make sure I was not disappointed with my decision. I would choose them again in a second and would recommend them to my Grandma. GREAT JOB !

They came and replaced my heat pump and ducts. They did the job in the time they said they would in a very professional manner. They are all very polite and answered all my questions. They left everything all nice and clean and took the the old heat pump and garbage with them. I was very impressed. I will be using them again.

On time, nice people to work with. Did make some shortcuts but their quality control man caught them and advise to come back and redo the right way, so far am happy with everything that's been done but time will tell now lets see if they come back out and redo their shortcuts.
