The work was done on July 2014. No pressure sales, good communication, easy to work with, showed up on date and time. The job required moving air handler from attic into the garage. They knew exactly what the job was, did not bother me with lots of questions and requests, got the job done and by 4 pm the house was cooling under its new Lennox system. One note not a reflection on their workmanship, the condenser shipped from the manufacturer with a pin size hole that leaked overnight. When we woke up it was warm in the house the next day so I called them, and they had a man onsite within 2 hours who patched the hole, but insisted they will replace the part completely and ordered it and came back later that week to install it. I am so happy with my decision going with this vendor and i highly recommend them.

From start to finish their expertise, workmanship and follow thru were exceptional. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. Now after two different A/C systems and 17 years of being uncomfortable; thanks to Bayonet A/C, our home finally has a system that is designed to efficiently and effectively meet all our heating and cooling needs. The 2 installers arrived on time and did an excellent job with the installation. The job included adding another vent to the Great Room per our request however, the installers located an existing vent that had been covered over by the sheet rock contractors during construction of the home 19 years ago. So we were glad there was no need to cut and install a new vent. Both installers (Mike and Rich) were seasoned professionals and customer friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

their bid was in the ballpark with others but the salesman and office staff were very helpful. we were out of state and unable to be there in person and we had to have friends and family there to oversee the work. The unit they offered was the highest rated by cosumers report jover the other two companies units. They came out on time, completed it on one day, cleaned up, and kept us informed on how it went. plus financed.

They did an excellent job. The Service Techs that came out and took out the old unit and put in new unit were very professional and knew there job. Price was the best among 3 bids. Have had unit for a month now and love it. I would definitely recommend them.

Job was not completed. Electrical work should have been addressed in the original project scope but wasn't.. Because it wasn't the work was supposed to be done by an electrician yesterday.....as of today, no feedback from Eric or Bayonet...I left Eric a message today and still NO response.....I wasted a day waiting for the electrician to show up ...never happened....still don't know where he is....kinda makes you wonder how their SERVICE guarantee is going to be handled in the future.....lots of promises, but no action....my satisfaction rating just went down 100 percent. BE WARNED!!!!!

Everything has been great - removal of my old unit and installation was done very professionally and without any issues. The only negative to this entire experience is that I was not told prior to installation that the filter size was not one that was easily available. It is not a standard size and has to be ordered online - very pricey too. They did provide me with a full box of filters after I called several times. Unfortunately, I think going further I will have to contact the manufacturer directly. It's an inconvenience but one I'll try to live with. I would have really liked to know the filter issue up-front though.

The decision to select Bayonet was due to the extensive assessment conducted in sizing my system and evaluating my needs. This included a complete review of the duct work in the attic. This was the only company that took the time to talk about my system issues, talking about proper sizing in relation to duct work capacity and recommend improving duct work for optimum performance of the system. Although not the least expensive, I chose the company I felt I could have the most trust in. The system was installed on the date specified. There were a few punch list items after the installation and they took care of all of it. Good job!
