Excellent sales and service. Sean Henchick did a phenomenal job in not only properly sizing our unit, but making recommendations to improve our unit's efficiency that no other contractor suggested. Installation was done professionaly and with minimal intrusion into our busy day. The kicker was the very thorough post-installation inspection and adjustments by their Quality Control engineer, who ensured all systems were adjusted and set properly for maximum comfort and efficiency. Even though Bayonet was $350 more than a comparable company for the same equipment, we chose Bayonet due to our experience with Sean and the company's reputation.
