"My policy is the customer is always right. I am calling into question who he might have called. There is a window tinting company in the same town with a very simular name. The reason I call this into question, we have 5 incoming lines with a complete staff to answer them between 8am-4pm Mon-Fri. Our policy is to always schedule while the client is on the phone.I am the third generation in my family in this business and we are celebrating our 27th year in Citrus County on February 1st. We have the same policy of doing business through 3 generations. We take pride in making our clients happy. We regret that we were unable to assist you."

Their service was great.  Came, gave us an estimate(well in the ballpark of all the other estimates, maybe a little lower).  Measured all the windows and one slidder door.  Set a date to have them installed.  They came on that date, replaced all the windows and door.  They were neat, considerate and well mannered.  Their crew was the best there could ever be.  Would use them again in a heart beat. We passed the inspection with flying colors.

I will be calling him very soon to fix two more windows.  Last time I needed re-screening on my sliding doors so he said that he needs to carry my doors into the office.  We have a van and we could pick it up and that would save me $50 rather than him coming all the way here and doing the work here and charging more.  That would save me the money.  They come out and do a good job.  They are very knowledgeable.  They try to save me money when they can.  I think it is same guy who comes out every time but I could not tell his name.
