Auto Service
A service crew of two people came out immediately. They diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. They gave me an estimate for repair and I approved the work. The parts store delivered the wrong part and so they got on the phone and got the correct part delivered fast. The business phone was busy, so Lisa let me use her personal cell phone to notify my family. As a woman, they made me feel like a valued customer. The repair work was done professionally and quickly, and I was not over-charged. Their comment was, in paraphrase, that they prefer to give their customers value so they will come back.
