"I am sorry you feel that way, as we explained, we can not trim 24 banana trees over 8ft tall, rake leaves that built up over a month, and trim hedges that you only want to be trimmed by hand with sheers rather than the correct equipment such as hedge trimmers all free of charge with the price only given for the maintenance of the lawn, which we had agreed on.
