The process was easy. Tech actually came on Saturday and i was notified when he was in route and arriving from their app. Showed up gave an estimate and the work was done quick and did a good job.

It went great. It turned out that I did not need a new tub spout. So he only charged me the service charge. It could have been a lot worse but they only did the work that was necessary. They came when they said they would come and came on time.

My experience with Tip Top Plumbing went great. I needed my water main pipe/faucet repaired. They were very accommodating and flexible with scheduling. Prices were fair too. Arrived on time. Very smooth process. I would hire again.

Frank assessed the issue immediately, cut through the roof downstairs to access the shower drain from the upstairs bathroom, completely replaced the eroded drain system, and cleaned up everything when he was done. He was extremely nice and professional and I will only go to tip-top plumbing for now on. Extremely happy with the service.
