I hired Sebasrian and his crew to come and restore and seal my travertine floor. I cannot express enough how amazing the job they did was. They were friendly professional and my floor looks brand new. I highly recommend them for any job you might need. Best call I made.

Very detailed cleaning- used them to clean entire house after floor and bathroom remodel.. Cleaned a few items that werenĆ¢ t initially discussed (which was great). Always responded in a timely manner, showed up on time, finished on time and did not change price after estimate. Definitely recommend.

In south Florida, it is very rare to find a company that cares about the project you hire them for from A to Z. Viking spent 2 days on what was otherwise a 1/2 day project, at no additional cost, to make sure it was perfect. They were on the case a few minutes later after I submitted my request through Home advisor, called to setup the initial on- site review (that is extremely important to know), and then we agreed on a great price and start date. Then, Viking showed up at the time they committed to, worked on the project without any drama, and made sure before they left that we were happy. They understood the end goal of the project, not a lot of questions, worked the entire time with very few breaks, no noises or loud music, Etc. I highly recommended Viking!

SebastiƔn & Viviana were extremely professional, punctual and with an excellent attitude to help me with my granite/terrazzo floor project. They are detailed oriented and perfectionists which I loved! Very cooperative and hard working team. My home looks brand new and floors are like mirrors. It looks like they are wet with all the shine!! I recommend Viking 100% for all floor polishing projects home and commercial.

Sebastian and Viviana were absolutely tremendous. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and handled the job with ease! I am stunned that there is not a perfect 5.0 score for them. If I could give a 10, I would. The price was right on the money, and in addition to the tile work, I also had them clean the outside windows. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I asked Sebastian to delay the start until we were comfortable having people in the house during the pandemic. He was courteous and waited until we were ready. His price for cleaning the tile, garage floor and cleaning our windows was better than we expected. They arrived on time, began working immediately and worked straight through until the job was done. Their work is impeccable. Everything was cleaned to like-new condition and their cleanup was complete. In addition to a great price and work they were a pleasure to meet and have in our house. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend Viking Cleaning and Restoration.

Sebastian is very punctual and very personable. He was extremely nice at the estimate consultation and he and his wife did amazing work cleaning my tile and grout. They paid attention to detail and cleaned each grout line one by one. I would definitely hire him again!

Outstanding job! I hired Sebastian and his wife for a Terrazzo Restoration, tiles and window cleaning. The Terrazzo floors had stains and lots of dried paint. Sebastian showed up as scheduled and immediately tackled the project. I was impressed with Sebastian and his wife persistent to remove the paint and stain. They did a great job., We recommend Sebastian for this type of work.

I will highly recommend Viking Cleaning And Restoration. Sebastian and his wife were punctual, friendly and knowledgeable about the cleaning they provided. My house was horrible after the construction, with thick dust on everything in the entire house. Many of my items were breakable and antique. They arrived first thing in the morning and by the time they were done every inch of my house was shining like it was brand new. I can never thank them enough.
