Description of Work: We had a screened in patio built be Sunshine Screen and Patio. The staff are very personable and respond promptly to emails and phone calls. I found the price to be better or equal to what other companies had quoted me. The patio was built over a 2 week period. There were very minor issues like a broken patio tile and some adjustments that had to be made to the patio. Each time I received a prompt response and so far my concerns have been addressed. I would highly recommend this company based on customer service, quality of work and competitive cost.

Description of Work: I requested a price to strip and reseal my patio roof. They came out and supposedly did the work. Having trusted them on previous work, i didn't check the work until a few months later, i noticed a leak. I was shocked when i climbed the ladder and saw that there were only spot patches. several calls finally brought an employee out to fix the problem he got most of it but my gutter still leaks. a few calls yielded no shows by glenn or anyone else. The roof was never stripped an resealed. its a shame because the craftsmanship on the patio glenn built was awesome. Dont pay until you see the results.
