BEWARE! Make sure the job is complete before you pay! I stardted this project in late junuary and the plumber missed three appointments I had to miss work for. finally he showed up and did not have all the necessary parts. he started the job that staurday 2/18 and let me know he would be back on monday to complete it; it is now 3/9 and he has yet to respond to my massages. I guess it's may be my fault because I paid in full that saturday.

Need receipt faxed to me, spoke about it twice and a few texts, could not get result. Water heater works well.

the job was done over 3 days time for a one day project, 2-3 hours a day for a 40' long hole x16" deep. Still waiting for a final receipt he promised to mail-only an estimate sheet was detailed and given out.

NEVER use this co. Tech started fire at the installed new WH (under my A/C unit) Next day my A/C would not work; called Sky Serv. phone was disconnected; called # for owner..no longer in service. Had to have a new A/C installed

I will say that they did come on time the first time they came but they fixed a leak in my water main, and didn't diagnose another leak that started immediately after they left. They said it wasn't part of the original piece they fixed and that it would be an additional cost. You would think they would have been thorough enough to see the potential leak that developed right after they left. Oh well. The other issue with them is on the second repair they fixed it and never left a receipt. Even after calling them back twice to ask for one, i have not received a receipt for the second repair. Disappointing service and won't use them again

installer was very helpful and knowledgeable about the water heater i needed installed. he made sure everything was in working order and everything has been working great since he left. i would highly recommend Sky Service Plumbing!

Extremely unreliable. I hired John in March'11 and as of Aug.'11 the job is still not complete! He partially finished the job, but can not seem to complete the project. He has set appointments and not shown up. I've left messages and he does not return phone calls. I am very disappointed that I read he received so many 5 star ratings and this is the kind of service I received. I have called another company to come finish the job.

we got a call back soon after visiting the site, i was taking many calls for quotes..but they gave the best price. they came the next morning on time and solved the problem within 20 min. will be using them again!

Sky Service Plumbing which was referred by your agency came and installed my new kitchen faucett within 24 hours of my initial call. They arrived early since one of their previous customers cancelled a call, installed my faucett in 20 minutes, cleaned up and were on their way in no time. Very professional - I would certainly use them again if needed. I was very satisfied.

I was quoted from $65 auger, (if toilet didn't have to be removed), to $140 if it did. It did NOT. It was augered from the roof vent with a longer snake, yet, I was charged not an in-between rate (maybe $85, $90 even $100...but no they charged me just short of the full rate. I am a senior & asked for some discount but they didn't budge on the price.
