Arrived and performed work as he described - had electricians on board for their work - everything went smooth and works fine - cleaned up prior to leaving - very good service and using Action Electric was very good choice!!

Pleased with results

He had a trainee with him and the trainee kept making mistakes. They were yelling at each other. The time spent on the job was longer than usual because of the errors. I felt the trainee was not dressed professionally. His pants were very baggy and hung low, exposing his underwear. This was offensive to me.

At first things seemed really good with this company, they came promptly and fixed the problem in a timely manner at a fair price. After that everything went downhill from there. They were supposed to send me a copy of the receipt/report the next day because the drain clogged in my master bathroom and spilled sewage all over the place. We needed to file a claim with our insurance company and they requested a receipt/report from Sky Service Plumbing, after weeks of calls, emails, talking to Home Advisor we still haven't received a report from Sky Service, they are not picking up the phone or returning ANY phone calls. STAY VERY FAR AWAY!

Fast and efficient service

My dishwasher and ice maker was not working. John came out and looked at both, he fixed the dishwasher but informed me the refrigerator ice maker was gone. He charged me his service charge which was very pleasing to me. I decided to buy a new refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer,and called on John to install he gave me no problem but said that he would. He sent his brother out the next day to connect my appliances, Although I missed his brother when he came to the house, I was able to schedule another appointment with John. The job will be finished today and I am certain the service will be outstanding.

Work was initially not completed properly, had to call multiple times to get John to return and make adjustment to faucet. Still have not received detailed bill from service performed although he has promised it to be sent several times. Would not recommend.

John called immediately when I submitted my request in ServiceMagic - he scheduled for the next morning and changed 3 fawcets in no time. He even went to the store to change out the fawcets I originally bought for ones that would work with my plumbing.

Came promptly, did what he said he wa going to do, for the price he quoted on the phone. worked fast and neatly. was pleasant and polite. what else could you want.?

Got in touch with John who was very quick in responding. In a matter of one day the work was done and completed. I am very please with his work and with the Tankless Hot water system he installed.

Excellent response time, excellent customer service. Came to my house within an hour, completed the job within a day, on time, and on budget. Extremely reliable and a nice guy. Finally found a plumber i feel comfortable worth and I'll use him any time i need anything. Don't understand the few negative comments I read!?!
