They contacted me in minutes. Made an appointment to replace the garbage disposal unit. The service man called when on his way, was prompt and professional.

Knowledge replaces fear. Plumber was very experience. He knew his job. Did an outstanding job. Have no problem recommending the plumbing company.

They are first and quick.

Small operation (two brothers). Was an install made difficult due to small space in which to work and water dripping complications. Younger brother stuck with it however, and got the job done. Waterheater functioning properly.

They arrived on time and did a good job replacing a pull out hose for our kitchen faucet. Their price was great and they cleaned up after they were finished.

Owner quoted price of $875 on phone. Work was performed by his brother, who quoted me a price of $975, plus tax, After calling his brother about quote, price was changed but I had to compute the sales tax myself since he just gave me an approximate figure. Service tech had no paperwork or invoices, and receipt was to be emailed to me. Receipt was never sent until I called a week later. Owner typed it while on the phone and asked me what the service was and the price. Receipt was unacceptable and I could modify it to look like an actual receipt in the Excel spreadsheet that he sent. EXTREMELY Unprofessional and dishonest.

Came within a half hour. Very neat. Charged exactly what was quoted on the phone. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They replaced the sewer line and cleaned up after themselves well.

My phone rang with a quote within seconds of submitting my online request through Home Advisor. The price to install the faucet was extremely reasonable. The plumbers showed up within about an hour of my accepting the quote. The plumbers were a bit messy and left me with a wet drippy towel afterwards, but overall I have to say the experience was excellent.

I got a phone call immediately from Sky Service after posting on Home Advisor - and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The only negative was that the plumber had car problems and did not call to let us know he would be late. I ended up calling him. He got to us a couple of hours late, but did a great job and knocked $10 off for the trouble. We would hire Sky Service again.

over priced,left work site in unfinished state. would not heed advice on other way to do job his way or no way.
