Very professional and did a good job!!

They called almost immediately afeet posting my request, offered me a estimate over the phone and were here promptly the next day. They fixed the problem (a clogged main drain) in under an hour and entertained my three year old and my pit bull, too! Very nice, professional folks.

Came on time and checked for the problem. They found no issue and offered to help with some other minor repairs since I was already paying for a service call.

Installed faucet, disposal, and dishwasher in one afternoon. No problems.

Performed as contracted and was really fast to the job site

David did a great job replacing shower faucets in both of my bathrooms. Very friendly and professional. Performed the repair work as promised and cleaned up as though they were never there. I would highly recommend Sky Service Plumbing and plan on using them later this month for additional work in my kitchen.

The plumber came a few hours after the allotted time slot but did complete the project by the end of the day. We needed additional work and he was prompt and did a good job the next morning.

The plumber was very punctual, got down to business, cleared one toilet, but the other the obstruction would not budge. He recommended getting a new toilet, which we did need, and was there the next morning and had it installed and cleaned up before lunch. Very happy with the new toilet

Called before arrival and was on time. Professional and courteous. I'm planning to use their services again. Needed product information before my appointment and received a patient and and informative answer when I called.

I was told to expect someone around 8:30 - 9am butt did not show up untill 9:45. But when the Gentleman came he went straight to work and also tidy up after himself and did a great Job.

The experience was great, replaced hot water heater ran into some problems, fixed that problem and then installed my new hot water heater. Was very pleased at what they charged for all they had to do.

I had John come out and repair my bathroom on August 29th, 2014. He repaired my shower and leak. He was suppose to follow up in providing a receipt for the work so I can send to my insurance provider to be repaid. I called several time and is in denial. He does not follow through with his work. I am still sitting here months later for an overpaid job in disrepair. Does not hold to his word. I am from out of state and bad business does not reflect well and would definately not recommend. Can not see him coming back to fix his work after being paid

When I first noticed the water heater leak I called my Home Service Company. The only company they offered showed up 2 days after the service call. They quoted a very high rate. I asked the service company for a buy out option. They said this could take up to three weeks. Still waiting... I entered a project in Home Advisor and received phone calls the very next day! Sky Service was the second quote I received from Home Advisor. They created a quote very quickly and were very friendly and honest. They did not add any additional unnecessary charges. One company added a disposal fee even thought SWA said they would take old water heaters in my pickup area. Sky took the water heater at no extra charge. The Service Technician arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He took the time to explain the job. He installed quality parts and performed the installation in a professional manner. He was very friendly and performed all cleanup. You can't beat the price and performance of this company. I would highly recommend this company and the use of Home Advisor. Better than Angie's List in this area. Thanks!

I hired Sky and they were very, very good. He was the best! I received three estimates and he was not the lowest but I do know he was the best man for the job.

Very prompt. Very reasonable price. Excellent work. Replaced a toilet valve and an outside hose connection. I will not hesitate to hire them again if/when needed.
