Very prompt on fist visit. Explained each repair prior to doing it, very courteous. Not sure if the costs to repair was reasonable but no more water leaks from that particular repair. Still had a water leak from the facet they replaced in the tub so called for a return visit from them. Many days passed before John, the plumber returned. Each time I called to see when I could expect them, his boss, supposedly the owner of the company, another John, he did not know whether the plumber had come or not but told me each time I called, that he would get in touch with the plumber and have him call me. Finally, he showed up after his regular work day and said I needed a stem. He did not have the part, did not know what it would cost but would be back in two days to fix the leak. He had to go to help a friend that evening so left promptly. I have not heard from him yet, five days later. Said he would have to charge me for this "fix", however the leak was there upon his first visit. He repaired a copper pike leak that required a restoration company to come, place dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the rooms that water had damaged. Took up carpet from one entire room, all baseboards from three rooms, etc. I have not heard back from that company, Restorations Unlimited. Have no idea what they charged and have not heard back from the insurance adjuster that came to inspect the damage.

They did not keep appointment time but the man did get on the roof in the dark so have to give him credit for that. He was very nice and fixed the problem, so overall I am satisfied with the job and price.

John and his team were very helpful and responsive. They were onsite in quickly and did a very good job. They repaired the leak in my stand alone shower and explained the process as they carried it out. I will not hesitate to call them out again or recommend them.

Arrived on time, estimated the cost, performed the work quickly. Estimate and actual cost were equal. All and all an excellent experience.

Sky Service's plumbers were on site quickly and were very helpful in resolving the water heater issue. However, my secondary issue with the performance of my water softener was only cursorily examined and they clearly did not have the ability to effect repairs although they assured me they had. It's important to note that I was NOT CHARGED for the water softener service, which only amounted to some quick adjustments and speculation that 'that should solve it.' Overall, a pleasure and very competent at addressing my primary concern. They even went out of their way to find and install an alternate heater (50 gal) to the standard 40 gal which was being replaced.

I had several projects that needed a professionals expert attention. Sky Service provided excellent and courteous service at a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for service with any plumbing project from simple to complex. First time using this service and can't say enough about it! Sky service squeezed us into their schedule the same day we called and even came 20 minutes earlier (with a courtesy call first). Two gentlemen (both named John) could not have been more professional and courteous. They worked for almost an hour, not finding the problem, then tested the switch inside our mobile home only to find it was the switch not the water heater itself. Being true professionals, they advised I needed an electrician, not a plumber and they couldn't help me. I know an electrician, so I got him to fix it same day. I know it seems odd to give them such a high grade when they really didn't fix my problem, but they also didn't try to do something for which they aren't trained or licensed, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and didn't charge me the service call. if and when I ever need a plumber for my mobile home, I will not hesitate to call Sky Service and have told all my neighbors the same,
