They came and fixed my Water Heater 'same day", very good, efficient, and cost effective. Nice guys too, helpful and I’ll use them again without hesitation.

John was on time, explained everything and I am very happy with the work he did.

First the positive; installation of the disposal was done correctly even though he did not use all the new hardware that came in the box. Now the negative; rebuild of my two toilets was done to correct a leak which was solved but they left debris all over the floors and in my main bath left a large amount of debris in the tub which I had to clean and was worried that it would stop up the drain. the two toilets are hissing every so often. I've cleaned the flappers and now they are doing it less, still but less. I don't think that I should have to repair a repair. not too happy with the workmanship.

I had trouble downloading his invoice so I could submit it to the person responsible for the damage. Had to call a computer expert to download it through his system.

These guys were very efficient and also prompt in answering my call for service. We ran into one glitch after the work was done and I discovered the plumbing under the sink was leaking from the install. They were able to come out the next day and find and fix the leak. After that was taken care of there have been no further issues and overall they did a good job.

Outstanding, the service technician(s) went over and above anything I would have expected. They saved me money and provided excellent service. I recommend them to anyone.
