John showed within the time window he committed to, and had the equipment necessary to get the job done. I would agree that if he chooses to send a receipt via email, then it should be done in a timely manner. After four days I still have not received one.

John did a fantastic job. He quoted me a price over the phone and that was it- no added fees once he got here. This was an emergency situation and he probably could have charged a lot more. He was on time and called when he was about 20 minutes away. I am awaiting my receipt by email, which I thought he should carry forms with him for this situation. He did borrow some towels from me which was fine as he asked for old towels which I should have anticipated and had ready.

John did a great job repairing my bathtub faucet; however, I thought $250 was a little on the high side since he wasn't actually replacing the faucet. I don't know what cost the market dictates for the same project.
