Called 3x for receipt and each time advised he call back. All he had to do was email it. I have more work but won't use him again.

John came to recap the leaking pipe first and said it's after work service $220 for less than an hour work. Charged/paid in card but didn't provide invoice for job description. I only received receipt for $220 CC charge via email. I called him several times and home advisor too. He said that he sent it via email but I checked inbox, trash, junk mails. Nothing there. I called home advisor who told me that I wrote it down on review so they would take care of it.

The service was great and on time but the price was a little higher than my last faucet leak repair.

Ten minute repair - $150 - seemed high but I had out of town guests coming that afternoon and was willing to pay the price. Work was completed and solved the issue. My greatest aggravation relates to providing an itemized invoice. I have requested this three times. I have been promised they would email me one. Ten days and three requests and two promises later I still have no invoice. This no way to run a business. Why are they afraid to provide an itemized invoice? I'm just glad I didn't have a larger, more costly repair done. I am always looking for trades that do good work at a fair price. If you can't honor a simple request on a small job, why would I trust you with more? Still looking for a plumber.

John and his assistant came out and got started on our project right away - and they stayed until after 7pm finishing the work and clean up. Thanks, John!

Very Friendly. Very professional. These guys came super late at night, fixed my toilet, were friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Will definitely be using them again in the future and will recommend them to friends.

The worker was very nice and knowledgeable. He save me money. The price was reasonable. I will hire him again in the furrier for other projects

Re-pipe was done ! Time management. Lacking, said he would have someone call to help file insurance claim never followed through, said he would send a detail bill never has yet. Drywall work was poor. Had to hire someone to finish, so I could paint. Over all it was fair.

John did a great timely job and a very good price. He replaced my garbage disposal and actually cleaned up after himself!!! Great job John.

Plumber arrived and asked to use the restroom. When he exited my medicine cabinet was open. Fortunately I don't keep my prescription medicines there. When paying I ask for an invoice and he said the office would send it - haven't seen it yet. I won't use them again I was too uncomfortable.

John was able to help me quickly as was in a tight bind. Had no water day of the hurricane. Expansion tube replacement on water heater was completed quickly same day i called. Very happy with service. Thinking of hiring him to install a garage utility sink in spring.

John with Sky Service Plumbing came out in a timely matter to look at our water heater. Fortunately the problem was that after a power surge, the unit only needed to be reset.
