From the very first phone call John was responsive, professional, and extremely courteous. After calling around to several plumbers, including the big chains, he was by far the most cost effective. He was even able to come out the very same day. He and his two man team arrived and set to work immediately. They had great attention to detail, were very thorough in their work, and even cleaned up after themselves. Great job done by a great crew. I have found my go-to plumber for any future needs, and would highly recommend John to anyone needing plumbing services.

He did not offer the re-estimate of something different when he was here on the jobsite and did not offer the typical hourly rate for the job. He never called me back as he said would.

His labor was about 50% less than the other guy HomeAdvisor matched me up with. He also gave me a quote right over the phone on the spot. The other guy said he'd call back within 30 minutes and didn't get back to me for 12 hours. Nice guys too.

They came same day did awesome job

They repaired at a reasonable price after others would only recommend replacement at several hundred dollars more. The Final bill was exactly what they quoted.

They came and replaced a water main from the house to the OCU water meter. When they left they left my lawn looking like h--l and the water line stilled leaked. OCU came to check the leak and said they never changed part of the line and that was where the leak was and they fixed it even though it was on my side of the meter and my responsibility.

They were very good at fixing the toilet. After they left I had a problem with it but they came back and fixed it. I had no problem with them returning. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a leaking water heater and scheduled an appointment for 8am two days away. They called and came a day earlier, switched out the heater, replaced a valve they didn't even know was broken ahead of time, and charged a very fair rate. Would highly recommend!

After the first call to me, I always had to call them. Always waiting for a callback that didn't happen. They scheduled times and did not show. I didnt know what was happening. In the end they apologized and gave me a break on the cost due to my aggravation. Repair was fine.
