Quick, efficient repair of a couple different issues with dripping, bathroom faucet and valves

Seemed knowledgeable about the projects, were friendly, and explained the work & solutions. They were a couple hours late in arriving, but timely in completing our projects.

It has been a few weeks since the job was completed and I have not received an official receipt detailing all the parts and equipment this company used. I live out of town so I can't be going to their office to request any paperwork showing that they performed the job. Don't hire them if you are like me. I have contacted them in excess of 15 times but they keep ignoring my requests.

Great service and on time. Price was okay. He was here less then 1 hour and got the job done.

He does not exploit your kindness and is thorough and looks to efficiently accomplish the work. He delegates responsibility well and is respected by his customers , employees and peers. He is Honest and we will use him whenever we have a need within his scope of duties.

Quick response, quick repair, very nice. We plan to remodel the bathrooms and will definitely get a quote from Sky Service Plumbing. Their fee for today was reasonable considering they fixed an active upstairs leak within 30 minutes and were here earlier than promised.

Called immediately and set up an appointment for the very same day. Cannot fault the quick response and appointment. Would recommend to anyone.

John from Sky Service Plumbing was very polite and new exactly what my problem was. Price was a little more than I expected for the work that was done but other than that everything was great!

Very dishonest and unprofessional. I hired the plumber to remove and install a water heater which I provided. He was prompt to accept the job and performed a timely replacement including disposal of the old water heater. However, he did not pick up and dispose of the old water heater, but charged me a disposal fee. I spoke to him many times and he made plans to pick up the old unit many times but never showed. Then stopped returning my phone calls. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

They found issue immediately and gave advise how to avoid in the future.
