We had 2 estimates done and chose Sky and would highly recommend them to anyone! Polite/professional and cleaned up everyday. They saved us $2,245 from the other company's estimate. That included selling and installing a new garbage disposal that broke on day 2 of a complete replumb of our 2k ft home, installing new fixtures in kitchen and baths (which was not included in the other companies estimate) plus they patched every whloe! That other company said they not only would not do that but if they broke the skirting on the garden tub...tough luck. All Pro my butt! Love Sky Services!

The technician was great and the work was great but the only problem I had was I had insurance and I still had to pay $300 out of pocket what's up with that

I had what I thought a leak from my water heater where water was beginning to leak onto my garage floor and into the interior of my house. My service appointment was 11:30 am but when I explained my concern of the leak and my time to get off from work at this time they rescheduled my service appointment for 8:00 am to accommodate my urgent need. When the service pros arrived they discovered it wasn't water heater leak but a pipe leak within the wall. They repaired the leak and charged $250 which if had they agreed with my assessment of a leaking water heater and could have charged $700. Honesty and Integrity

John was quick to answer my request for help. He arrived on time & replaced the leaking water pipe very quickly. All this occurred the Wednesday after Hurricane Irma when he was extremely busy with other projects. I am very grateful for his promptness, compassion, courtesy, friendliness & recommendation. I am definitely putting his phone number in my phone contacts. Needless to say I recommend him highly.

Work was okay, but expensiv for the time spend. Initially was scheduled for 10-12, did not show, afetr cqlling rescheduled 2-4, did not show again and did not contact me to let me know. Finally called after texting him that he was stuck in traffic, showed up at 5. Workd about 30 minutes to replace two washing machine valves, charged $250.

Excellent guys to work with. Hourly rate was a little above prime, but many times you get what you pay for! No complaints.

Excellent, came on Saturday, 9/9 afternoon when all Orlando was getting ready for Irma!

Asked for full fixture replacement, got "minor tune up" and half my original parts. Sigh. Then they never came back to replace the hardware with the correct color. Thanks for all the chrome crap, my bronze toilets thank you. Least they did show up the first time I guess! Happy to fix this review when you fix my toilets.

Unable to verify if work performed was done well as the sink has not been installed yet but the work was done on a timely manner and everything looks clean. A bit expensive but good service.

I had a simple repair job - replace fill valve and flapper on two toilets. I'd started it myself but the water from one toilet to floor kept leaking. So I figured I'd better call in a professional. These guys had decent reviews and called first, which was good enough for me. The guy came out, put in the stuff and charged me $250. It seemed high, but I figured that's standard. I didn't check one toilet until that night and it wouldn't flush. I called the next morning and the guy said he was on a big job and would get back to me. In the interim, the toilet stared working better. I don't know why; maybe the mechanical parts just needed to loosen up. Anyway, I figured I'd tell the guy when he called back. That was three weeks ago. I'm still waiting. He'd also left the old toilet guts in the bathroom trash cans along with the garbage he'd left. This is far more than anyone cares to know about my experience, but if you've made it this far I'll just say that the level of professionalism was pretty much zero. Maybe I'm the exception and Sky Service is usually boffo. But I'll never use it again.

I feel that charging $220 for replacing an outside faucet and switching places of the water supply hoses under the sink was outrageous. They took two hours + to do a 45 minute job. They did show up on time and responded to my initial call quickly. Will not hire again.

Fast and efficient.

Very inconsistent and seemingly unreliable. They were terrific when they repaired my hot water heater a week ago - timely, good work, good value. On that occasion they said to call and they would come back to replace my kitchen faucet. A week later I did, and when I talked to someone they said they would call back in 5 minutes, I called hours later and got someone who scheduled an installation the following day in the am, but when the time came and no one showed in the two hours window, I called about an hour later. Again a promise to call back in 5 minutes, but no call back after an hour. So, I emailed and asked if they could let me know if someone was coming out, but no reply to that either. So, I called again, reached someone, and asked if they were going to keep the appointment sometime today, but was told he needed to look it up and would call back in 2 minutes. You guessed it, again no call back at all after half hour. I guess they are too busy and just don't need or have time for small jobs. As of today 8/30/2017, I haven't heard from to reschedule or even apologize.

John came and checked everything out and explained very professional and he said that once the electioneer is found that he can install the tank. He gave estimate very quickly.

Arrived a little late, but turned the job around quickly at the agreed-upon cost.

Knowledgeable, professional, prompt and very polite.
