I was told by my insurance company that I had to get my house repiped because I had polybutylene pipes which the company wouldn't cover. John from Sky Service Plumbing went and checked everything and told me I had copper NOT polybutylene. John talked to my insurance company to tell them of his findings. I ended up hiring John to replace my water heater and fix my kitchen faucet. I would definitely hire this company for all your plumbing needs.

Charged $250.00 for repair but never repaired the issue. Never returned phone calls even after 5 calls. Contractor didn't followed up to complete the job. Very dissatisfied.

Always go through the work and have the contractor walk through. A Final walk through.

Flawless transaction. John called when he was on the way. Arrived within the promised time frame and explained the repairs he was suggesting. Quick, honest and professional. Definitely my "retained" plumber.

This fellow gave me warranty for a 1 year . He charged me $75 to repair a leaking pipe. With in 2 days ,i called him back because the pipe started leaking again . On the phone he asked me to text him the home address as if he never visited my home before !! And i am trying to reach him every day . Because of your recommendation i feel like i have wasted my money

Only did one of 3 requested tasks and said he would get back to me on other two - one week later no word

Very good.....they cleared my pipes although they found the beginning of roots in my plumbing....ugh. No luck with locating the septic tank though.....was sad about that.

My issue was handled quickly and professionally. I will be calling them back in the future.
