They were very nice on the phone, but there were scheduling mix-ups, delays, and they did not fix the problem.

they came out quickly and got the job done fast. everything went smoothly.

Showed up on time, work was done quickly and correctly.

We hired John to reset a toilet. He came out, said he reset the toilet and told us not to use it for 24 hrs. When we used the toilet after the 24 hrs. we found it was still not fixed. We called him back. he told us again it was fixed. It was not fixed. After making appointments for him to come out again. Twice he never showed up! We asked for a refund, which he said he would send and never did. Do not use this company! A simple project turned into a nightmare! All he is good at is making excuses!

The people who showed up were awesome, professional and did a great job.

Not satisfied. I will never hire this company again. The guy was in a rush and didn’t do a good job. My dad had to come by and reattach the spout and shower handler because they were NOT even screwed or installed properly.

Honest and the price was good.

His workmanship was very good, very professional. He is very good in his trade. His pricing is fair.

5/4/18 $35 for inspection. $845 to install a 30 gallon short. Inspection waved. Seemed like a fair price. I would recommend to others.

we had to hire them a couple of times for an issue we were having with rats chewing on our pipes, he also replaced our water heater which is amazing! John is very friendly and gets the job done asap, whatever issues we get with plumbing sky service is now our go to from now on!
