Prompt. Knowledgable. Moved/replaced water heater, new shut off valve, corrected dishwasher connection promptly and efficiently.

They didn't clean up their work area after chipping out the cinder block on my house to get access to the exterior faucet repair. Their solder joint connecting the ground wire back to the water lines wasn't completed correctly.

They were flexible to work with my work schedule and were efficient in completing the job!

It was a broken water heater- a service which requires prompt reply. They responded immediately and solved the problem with great speed.

John and his helper showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently with no mess. NICE JOB!

One man business, worked hard on the job. 16 days to pickup old water heater, extra 2 days to get missed connection connected; today. I would rate higher but he's a plumber NOT a businessman. To many excuses & delays

They showed up on time, made the needed repairs in a short amount of time. Left the home clean and everything in working order.

Prompt to call, arrived on time and quickly cleared clogged main drain line in my house. Professional, gave great advice on future projects and good rates. Everything you would expect from a pro plumber.

Three things: 1. I could not get a quote in advance (not even the trip charge price). 2. did not clean up after themselves. 3. Temp was not correctly adjusted even though we talked about it prior.

He was awesome. I called him one day & he showed up the next. he brought an apprentice with him. I called him again for another issue I had. He is professional & great. I would recommend them to everyone.

I was expecting an expensive project. The problem was quickly identified and rectified at much lower than expected cost. Great job! I will use Sky Service Plumbing as my go-to plumber.

Have a leaking sink faucet in tenant occupied property. Thought the cartridge was bad but John went out and determined it was the hose to the faucet sprayer. He gave a fair price to replace it and only charged a nominal 'trip charge'. He came out when he said he would and made no effort to get me to pay for extra things. I live out of state so that would have been easy. I trust him and would use him again.

They did a great job. Pipe leaking for free and did not charge extra. Cleaned up after themselves to my satisfaction.

They fixed the problem in a timely matter, and taught us how to prevent the issue from happening again.

They were quick to respond. Showed up when they said they would and replaced my heater same day. No fuss, no mush. I didn't shop around but their price seemed fair. I would used them again.
