Rodriguez Landscaping Services, LLC's maintenance is fine. What I don't like is they don't necessarily respond quickly to requests. If I've got a problem or something, it's hard to get a hold of George. I pay $60 a month. That's for two cuts a month and then anything else is additional. So, if I needed mulching, I would pay for the mulching. And the labor for the mulching, they give a quote of the cost for that. Or if I need a tree trimming, they'll let me know. They do routine cuts on the trees if I get some dead branches on the palms or anything. When they come every other week, they take care of that. But If I had to do a severe cut-back, they give me a quote and then I determine whether I wanna go with it. The cost is very reasonable for the monthly maintenance. They're good with cleaning up after themselves. Again, sometimes I have difficulty getting in contact with George.

Called vendor on 5/27/13  (holiday) at toll free # 888-600-9827.  Spoke with unidentified man and requested estimate for regular lawn maintenance.  Was told they were working on the Monday holiday and he would either come out that evening or sometime during the following Saturday.  I stayed home both days to meet with the vendor.  Vendor was a no show, no call.
