Peter (one of the owners was on-site at all times. HE took time to discuss what the expectations were, what areas my wife was particularly concerned about and even made time to establish a relation ship with my Labrador retriever, so the next time he visits, the dog will much more comfortable, and likely to stay out of there way and listen to their commands. Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided. We did not feel rushed, or that they were dragging in order to run up the bill, as they bill by the hour. I would highly recommend their service, as my perception was that they are an honest, hard working company, that can be trusted in your house with or with out you being present, and they delivered what we agreed upon. It was surprisingly pleasant.

After reading reviews on Angie's List, I called the company and spoke with Peter, the co-owner. I told him that I found his company on the List and would like to have my home cleaned. He was very pleasant. He gave me his quote of $30/hour and said he could come here in 1 week. He asked what kind of cleaning I needed - a regular maintenance or a deep, "spring" clean - and what size home. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that needed the deep clean. He explained that they clean everywhere - windows, baseboards, blinds/shades. So, I made the appointment for the following week at 8 a.m. Peter and Rebbecca, a fairly new employee, came and immediately went to work. They are wonderful! I knew I had dust, but not the amount they found! I thought it would take about 4 to 5 hours for the whole house. They spent about 3 hours in the master bedroom/bathroom alone! They are very thorough! Peter did both bathrooms and cleaned everything - from the doors and light fixtures, to inside cabinets under the sinks and grout inside the shower. Peter even cleaned my plastic plants! Peter was wonderful to have here. He is very personable and nice. You can hear him singing while working - an absolute delight! As Peter did that, Rebbecca was cleaning the windows, dusting furniture/baseboards/light fixtures/closet doors. She also cleaned the family room, dining room and kitchen. She did a great job, also. If needed, she would have also cleaned the fridge, freezer and oven at no extra charge. They even cleaned the "yucky stuff" in the sliding patio door - that kept my door from opening easily. They saw I had a LOT of dust, and made sure they cleaned it out. Peter takes such pride in his work. He even said if he gets a chance to come back, he would clean the windows outside! All in all, it took about 7 hours for my spring cleaning, and I was more than happy to pay them for their hard work. I will be using them again very soon for a regular maintenance cleaning.

They showed up on time started right away. They were amenable to myself, the kids, and the dogs running around the house. The house looked fantastic and they were professional, cordial and extremely conscientious.

I was very satisfied with their thoroughness. They charged $30 per hour, which is much cheaper than most other services I have tried, but they do take longer...so the price about evens out. The difference is that Magic Touch actually does a good and thorough job instead of just scratching the surface...which is why it takes them longer.

Their initial visit was for a "deep cleaning" since we had been attempting to do it ourselves for a year since the last cleaning lady moved away. (It really needed it.) That visit took them 8 hours, but by the time they were finished you could eat off the floors. Since the first visit they have come 2 more times (every other week) for about 4 hours. They are EXTREMELY thorough, with Pedro on the first visit on his knees cleaning behind the toilets with a brush, cleaning my grout, doing windows, mirrors and floors. Pedro even repaired some bad grout in my shower. They will also change the sheets. Pedro is the main contact person and speaks excellent English. They have been reliable and punctual. I recommend them highly.

They were a half hour late, but they did call with a reason. Both Pedro and Carolina are very nice and responsive to requests. It took longer than I thought it would, but considering the job they did I wouldn't have it any other way. They found dirt I didn't even know was there!! Pedro kept me informed the whole time of what they were doing and why it was taking so long. I was very pleased with the total experience of dealing with them and with the job they did.

Pedro and Carolina showed up promptly when they said they would. As soon as they arrived they got to work. It took them a few hours to give our house a "deep" clean (which it needed) and they left the house looking and smelling great.

We asked them to thoroughly clean everything in the apt because of all the dust from the construction. Cleaning all the cabinets, vacuum all the beds and cleaned all the blinds which were really dirty, plus all the general/basic cleaning in the apt.

They cleaned my house, did extra work that I asked for, and are very willing to do what you want.

Peter and his wife Caroline, a hardworking and friendly middle-aged couple, cleaned my house in Plantation(bathroom, kitchen, floors, vacuuming, etc.), including cleaning the interior of my refrigerator. They suggested extra cleaning they could do and willingly took on requested tasks. They are energetic and responsible. Highly recommended.
