Stop robbing from the senior citizen.

I hired this company in December to move me from Jacksonville, Fl to NYC. As soon as the movers had my items in their truck, they told me that the cubic ft needed for my move was underestimated, and I needed to pay an additional $900. After clearly explaining I did not have that, he pretended to call his supervisor and informed me they would accept $175. I grudgingly paid it because I had a flight to catch. Then they damaged my TV during the move and are refusing to honor the measly $80 settlement that was awarded to me. It's been close to 4 months and they are still giving me the runaround. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE UNETHICAL!!!

On 12/06/23 we contracted with M & D Movers to move our belongings from Florida to Indiana. We paid a $600.00 deposit. The contract, move number 3960372, states that we have 2 days to cancel the contract and receive a full refund. We notified M & D on 12/08/23 that we would like to cancel. We were told that the refund would take 5-7 days to be credited back to our account. We have not received it to date. We have called several times and have been told to "wait until Friday". The salesman, Patrick Katz, gave us his direct number to call anytime. Now when we call, it goes to someone else. M & D has done very little to help us.

They don't deliver what they promise, it's a big scam.
