It went great. We decided to have the coils and blower cleaned as well as changing the duct work in the attic.  Herb and his assistants came out and finished the job in 3 days.  The first day Herb and an assistant came to clean the coils and blower because they were extremely dirty and restricting the flow of air.  That took a few hours and when complete, we noticed the difference in air flow.  The next day, 2 assistants showed up early morning on time and started with the removal of the old duct work.  They kept things very clean and organized.  They were able to take out and install new duct work to the master bedroom and the 2 kids room so we can sleep comfortable that night.  The following day, Herb was running a bit late and called to apologize and said he was on his way.  He showed up in 20 minutes as promised.  Since Herb was not their the previous day, he checked the work of his assistants and made some adjustments on what was done.  Herb then completed connecting the duct work to the guest room and second bath.  I know the removal & connection of duck work is not an easy job to accomplish but Herb and his assistance had no problems in doing the job professionally and without any complaints.  We are on a budget and were hoping to not have to spend more by changing the entire A/C unit and Herb was honest enough to say that the maintenance job they just performed on our existing unit should hold us through the life of the unit which is over 10 years old.  Thank you Herb and JT Mechanical for a job well done.
