Alon's crew did a great job and he kept me posted on the progress daily. His main tiler Tom did a great job with some custom work and spent the time to lay things out to our satisfaction.

Alon answered the phone promptly, came out quickly and gave me a fair estimate. It was a small job, just the floor in a kids bathroom. Since it was a small job, they had to schedule me a ways out, about five weeks. Even though it was a long wait, he was up front about the wait and was on time with scheduling. They showed up promptly, two workers and the job was done in two days. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous.

The floors in our home had seen better days so it came to be my wife and I started looking for new flooring material and someone to install it. After several weekends of shopping at the tile stores in the Ft Lauderdale area we decided on a wood look porcelain tile.  Next the search was on to find the company to do the installation. We used Angie's list and the tile distributors list of tile contractors. I called six contractors for estimates. Out of the six only four called back. Out of those four three showed up on the day scheduled for the estimate. Out of the three only one gave me a easy to understand written estimate, Ensel Tile.  Alon came to 
the estimate prepared, he had his license information, completed project book and baseboard samples. The estimate went well, we were able able to layout our vision of what we wanted, our time frame and show him the tile we had decided on.  Alon was up front about his time line an that he could not start the job until April (6 weeks away). As would have it Alon called two weeks prior to the original start date to inform me that another customer had cancelled and he wanted to start a week early.  This caused some other things to be changed on our end (delivery dates). As I learned in the military, maintain "rigid flexibility". Everything came together and we met that new start date. Demo day was a eye opener.  My wife thought she maintained a very clean house but when the carpet was removed she could not believe the dirt that was underneath even with professional carpet cleaning and a good vacuum.  If you have tile to be removed be prepared for noise and fine dust (as Alon stated during the estimate "there will be dust") during the removal. Because of Alon's statement we decided to rent a POD during the installation. This solved three problems. The first was having to move furniture multiple times during the installation, second was to reduce having clean everything after the job was done (dust got into everything even items covered in plastic) and third it  allowed the pace of the job to be consistent. During demo phase we kept the A/C off and doors and widows open which helped to dissipate the dust.  After the floors were vacuumed and sweep the concrete was cleaned/mopped with fresh water which decreased the dust further.  All tile that required a power cut was done outside. 
Alon, in his green Ensel Tile work shirt, showed up to the job site on time everyday with his crew ready to work.  As the installation proceeded any problems (a out of square wall, foundation depressions) were discussed and how it could be resolved. The problems did not slow the progress of our job much (just a speed bump for Alon and his crew) because he had encountered simular problems before and knew what to do. At the end of the day the site was made safe and organized for the next day.  
Alon and his crew's worked hard to complete our project which was done 11 day's ahead of schedule which is a tribute their work ethic and experience with this type of product. This gave me time to get the doors installed and get ready for the painters. As with all remodeling jobs it was stressful but Alon made it almost enjoyable (not the dust).  We look forward to working with Alon again on the family room tile job.  

He took care of me very well.  He did it over one and a half year.  He accommodated me when I got sick, he waited then come back.

It was a real pleasure to work with Alon and his team. Alon is never late and keeps what he promisses. We replaced floors in all rooms. He helped us find the perfect tile and he did a fantastic job with the installation. We got already so many compliments on the new tiles and the quality of the job. Alon and his team are very professional and courteous. It feels that this was not just a job for him but a passion. We can recommmend Alon and his team to anyone who wants to work with an honest, reliable contractor and high quality contractor.

He did a fantastic job and we could not be happier.  They worked very hard and took great pride in the outcome.  Our floors are beautiful and look fantastic.  They showed up the day they were suppose to and finished on time. I would always call him if I need anymore work done.  And to make the experience even better he is a fantastic person.

Alon from Ensel Tile was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.  Showed up as promised every day, performed the work in a professional manner and returned to do minor grout repairs after the job was finished without hesitation.  It was nice to find a company that still takes pride in their work and is responsive to the costumer.  he even helped find the tile we were looking for and got us a nice discount.

In connection with our kitchen remodel, we decided to replace all the tile everywhere in our home (everywhere except the bedrooms).  After reading reviews on here and getting quotes from a few providers, we decided to go with Alon and his crew.  They were 100% professional from beginning to end - they picked up our new tile from the tile store, took up our old tile in a couple of days, and installed our new tile with great care.  The team of Apollo and Felipe, the installers that Alon assigned to our job, were incredible - Apollo, the tile installer, is a true artist who is very dedicated to his craft, and makes sure that every last tile is laid properly, evenly, and firmly.  These guys were in our house for approximately 3 weeks (including Saturdays and Sundays), and we trusted them in our home without supervision, and trusted them with our house keys.  In fact, we had other workmen in the home a few times during this period, and I asked these guys to keep an eye on them for us - that's how much we trusted them.  Not only did they do a great job, but they respected our home, consistently cleaned up after themselves, and took great pride in the work they were doing.  They even made a few great suggestions regarding our baseboards and the tiling of our guest bathroom, and fixed a small hole in our wall that we didn't even know about!!  My only complaint - when they jackhammered up our old tile, I wish they would have sealed off the bedrooms better (with plastic over the doors, rather than just painter's tape) so that so much dust would not have gotten into the bedrooms.  However, in the grand scheme of things, this is a small issue.  Overall, I would recommend them 100% for any job, big or small - when we get around to doing our kitchen backsplash, we will definitely be calling them again!  

One word, FANTASTIC JOB! Alon (pr Alone) communicated well, punctual and great eye for the details. He is very quality minded and expected the same of his crew. Alon manages the "chaos" very well. They cleaned up the work area and tools daily. Alon also helped me locate other trades people for other work with our project. Best of all, work was completed on time. Thanks!

After the first job of floor installation we had them back to install a tile back splash in the kitchen. Did not think it was possible but was even more impressed with the job. It looks fantastic, thank you so much Alon and Tom.

We recently bought a house and we needed to up date the floors and bathrooms. Our friends recommended we contact Ensel Tile. Best decision we made! It was such a pleasure working with Alon, Angel and their installers. They are very professional and courteous. Their work is maticulous and creative. They are very detail oriented, always providing ideas or suggestions when needed. They are always prompt, organized and very clean. Alon Ensel and I met on a Sat; where he had arrived early, we reviewed what was needed for the job and he was able to meet my (limited) timeframe for when I needed the job completed by. He pleasantly (no attitude) did his best to accommodate me when I had made a few changes. Initially the carpet had to be removed then the tile was able to be laid. Bill, the tile man who actually laid the tile, did a great job with the diagonal format for the flooring and then the brick style pattern for the backsplash and had cleaned up the job area quite well considering the amount of mess that laying tile can make. I definitely would highly recommend this company!

I was impressed from the first meeting.  After a few estimates, he was the only one that noticed that our floors are uneven.  He also was the only person to have a portfolio.  Alon Ensel is a very hard worker and he works fast!  I am so happy with the results that I have decided to tile the rest of the house.  I highly recommend him.

They did a whole house for my parents about a year ago and I was so impressed with the work I knew exactly who I was calling when it was time to replace my floor. Alon showed up on a saturday and gave us a reasonable estimate we signed up on the spot and set a start date. We were able to save some money by picking up the tile myself, removing and reinstalling bathroom fixtures myself and installing my own baseboards. Tom and helper showed up on the sceduled Monday got right to work removing the old tile (a very messy job by nature) did their best to keep the dust to a minimum. On tuesday they started installing new tile and finished on Saturday. Tom the installer was very methodical in his work and we are very happy with the results

We can't be more pleased with how it turned out! The job was priced well, finished on time and on budget.  He conducted himself in a professional manner, and was a pleasure to work with. The quality of his workmanship well exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Ensel Tile.

Alon,The owner ) picked up the tile for me from Floor & Decor, delivered it to my home, as a courtesy. I'm very happy with the finished job. There were a couple of small issues, but Alon has scheduled his helper to take care of them tonight. I would recommend Ensel Tile to anyone looking for a excellent job to be done, at a reasonable price, and with professionals that care about the finished product.

We have owned private homes in Florida for over 30 years and we don't recall ever working with a company more correct and professional than Ensel Tile. Alon Ensel is a man who truly values his name and reputation. He tore up tile and removed carpet in a large family room, a living room and a bathroom and replaced it all with ceramic tile. The work was done on time, at the price quoted and every minor detail was attended to. He showed us everything he was planning to do before he did it and made sure it was what we wanted. The house was left clean and the work done was spectacular. In addition, he recommended a friend to do a plastic laminate installation in a bedroom and that job came out perfect as well. We were leery about using a company we had found online for such a big, "permanent" job, but we couldn't be happier with the results!

    Alon and his crew were always on time, always professional, and worked quickly. This was a second floor apartment that had no elevator but did have a homeowners' association that was very picky about noise, mess, and the concerns of neighbors. Alon ensured that no one had any reason to complain, and the job site was left as clean as when they arrived.
    He was always available and responsive to any questions we had. We are thoroughly satisfied with the job he did, would use him again and, in fact, have recommended him to a friend who is considering a bathroom remodel.

It went perfectly I would not have changed a thing.  They have great communication skills and spent the time to make sure you know what is going on every day.
