I had asked for very simple things, like a drawing of where they planned to pitch my roof. Never got any of that. They had to come back to my home to open two spots on my roof so water could drain. Overall it was ok once I got ahold of the owner.

There were a couple of times when there had to be reschedules, I wasn't overly concerned as some happened near holiday and things happen in the construction and contracting world. They use text messaging which is convenient, and emailed invoices, estimates and pictures. Like how they work, would refer them in the future.

Magos fixed a leaked that I had and checked the attic for additional leaks too. They did an excellent job by removing a significant amount of tiles replaced old paper and laid the tykes back. Price was way below others that I quoted.

Exceptional!!! Mago was courteous, easy to work with and extremely reasonable. Our roof was a mess with leaks, rotten wood, water puddles. They took all the old wood, replaced it and installed a insulation pitch roof that will prevent water ever puddling. The team worked efficiently, and paid attention to detail. Job was completed in two days. My high regards to El Mago Roofing

They quoted me the best price for the job. They were here within a few days to start and weĆ¢ re done the same day. Nice workers, friendly office personnel on the phone and very nice rep that came out initially to quote the job. Would definitely recommend :)
