Great service. They came here and fixed everything faster then their own estimate.

My wife and I used this company to fix a leak in our living room area. When i called to schedule the appointment the complany was very professional answering the phone call and scheudling the appointment. When the company arrived to our home to fix the leak they were on time very courtesty and professional. They arrived and immediately began working and when finshed they cleaned the area and left the area neat. A couple weeks later the ceilieng leaked again in the same area. I called to have them come back out to resolve the issue. Without hesitation they were out the next day to repair the area.nce they finished they explained the reason for the leak and immeidately fixed the area with no extra charge no haggling and appoligive for having to return. I would recommend this complany to my friends and i will contue to use them for any roofing issues.

Couple of weeks ago my wife and I were very anxious about a leak discovered in my daughter's room ceiling. I searched on Home Advisor for a roofing company and came across El Mago's Roofing. A young lady in the name of Marian called and scheduled me an appointment for a quote. Couple days afterwards, her crew showed up and fixed the problem straight away. What impresses me the most is the enthusiasm, the kindness, and professionalism with which they did the job. I recommend this roofing company to anyone who would have similar issues. I had used this company several times for small roof repairs and found them reliable. I always get three estimates for a big job and found this company to be one of the thriftiest. However I hired them because every time I asked them to do something, they did it and were professional and timely. They were neat, on time, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, and kept me informed at every stage of the process. My roof looks very nice and I highly recommend using Merlin and his employees. Office staff also made the process very pleasant. Check their estimate against other estimates and compare which one looks more professional and provides you with more detail. They won my confidence because of this and other things that I have mentioned. I have used Home Advisor, but I did not use them to hire this company.

Roofing repair needed to be redone (leak). The roofing co. came out same day and redid it the same day. There was no additional charge. Home Advisor did protect their customer and made sure that satisfaction was acheived. EF

Merlyn was great at answering all my questions. He was able to work with me on price when we found unexpected issues with roof. I was informed at each phase what was going on like inspections and when shingles would be installed. The crew was prompt and did a great job with roof and the cleanup after. I would highly recommend this company

Value for the money? Won't know exactly until it rains. Customer service was very good; however,Kevin was supposed to call me last week about roofing repair for patio. He has not called yet. Prompt ,and a very good experience overall.

Very friendly and professional. Got the job done very quickly. They repaired my roof that the insurance said it was lifting send needed fixing.they came out give a an estimate and stickto the price quoted. My husband notice a little of the shingles needed fixing with no problem they came out and fix the issues. I do highly recommend. Very honest! Will not be disappointed.
