Fantastic. We requested an estimate and someone came quickly and at our convenience. The estimate was very competitive, and we were able to go and select the roofing tiles from an actual showroom. This was great, since the photos in the full color brochure could be misleading. All permits were cared for very quickly. These guys started sooner than promised, notified us the day prior what time the workers would arrive, and were always punctual. They completed the job as agreed and we were very impressed. Still, Mr Earl Johnston himself came by and saw some things he wasn't pleased with - and so workers returned the next business day to do minor touch ups. Also, they were paid as work progressed - but did not delay anything while waiting for the check. My husband is not easily impressed, but when Mr Johnston came by - that REALLY made his day! Professional, efficient, high quality operation. I would recommend them to anyone!

we were very impressed with the professional level of customer service throughout all phases of the project. due to all of the excellent reviews on angies list we assumed their price would be high. we were pleasantly surprised that the quote actually came in lower than the other two companies we also found on angies list. our new roof is beautiful and our neighbors have all commented on what a great job earl johnston did.

They arrived a little early which was just fine with me. They cleaned off the roof, driveway, walkway, and my car. This company offered the lowest price that I have ever encountered over the past 12 years since having the roof cleaned.

Gotta leave this positive review for Earl W. Johnson Roofing for Mike W. About a year ago, he came out to do a roof repair and gave me a fair estimate. They even gave me before and after photos of the wood repairs. I had Mike come out today for a new roof repair estimate. He was friend and after reviewing the wood, gave me an honest answer that the paint was flaking and I only needed to paint the wood. Fair and honest company. I hope at least 10 people see this and the company owners take note that Mike is a great employee. I will definitely call them back if I need roof repairs in the future.

Poor Customer Support- not even giving me the appropriate estimate. Used up my 150 Dollar one time fees for nothing.

The schedule was adhered to as promised every single day. The entire crew was courteous, well organized and cleaned up at the end of each workday. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Earl Johnston Roofing and I'd recommend them to anybody looking for a new roof. This company has really got it together and knows their business for sure.

Everything went good. Apparently (we have to have more time and rain in order to know for sure) the leak was repaired. But what nobody could explain us in understandable terms, is why painting the flat roof white, to fight off the tremendous heat in summer, voids the warranty we still were under. We cannot understand what one thing has to do with the other. But the job was done and we paid for the repair.

We have used Earl Johnston Roofing and dealt with Mike for all our roofing needs for the past 12 years and have never been disappointed. From major roof repairs after Hurricane Wilma to minor repairs on our flashing and small roof leaks. We would never use anyone else. Thanks Mike

Earl came out the very next day to look at the roof and provide me with an estimate. My roof was beyond filthy. He provided the estimate at the end of inspection and an appointment was set within a few days. His crew came out and completely cleaned the roof and replaced the fascia board on one spot that was rotted. His crew arrived on-time and was very professional. The work was all done in a few hours and they even cleaned up the ground around the house from all the dirty and debris that came off the roof with the cleaning. The price was very reasonable for the time involved and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roof work done. This company is a wonderful example of how business should be handled; prompt, courteous, efficient, and very well done. They take pride in their work and it shines through!

I called them on a day and told them I had a membership. They called back later and they couldn't come until Tuesday. I needed them now.

The estimate was fine. It's for a property I'm buying and I just haven't decided if I want to put money in renovating this house or I might just knock it down and start over. I'd give them a very high rating. Everything was fine. They showed up when they should have. I think they did a nice job presenting what their proposal was. They talked about the product that they use. Everything was fine. They were professional. They just seemed to have a lot of experience. They had realistic quote. They just gave you a feeling that they are reliable. I had other quotes and it wasn't the cheapest.

Mike came to my home to look at a damaged area located near the gutters on my two-story roof. He was prompt, friendly, and informative. After taking a closer look, he determined that the repair would be better suited for a gutter specialist rather than a roofer. He even provided me with a gutter referral. I sincerely appreciated his honesty and the fact that he went above and beyond in providing me with a more appropriate referral. Would definitely recommend Earl Johnston Roofing and especially Mike!

They were very professional and came on time. They were good workers and we had no problems. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up and you wouldn't even have known they were there. They basically did an excellent job and we have no leaks!

They came out to do a free estimate. Estimator was on time and very professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem (which another roofer had been unable to do) and presented a printed estimate. He answered a few questions I had. We called the office a few days later and accepted the estimate and scheduled the repair. The repair was scheduled for the very next day. The repair men arrived on time and were also very professional and courteous. They explained what they were going to do and about how long it would take. After a few hours, the leak was fixed, the soffit wood and facia were replaced and everything looked like new. We had a heavy rain the night after the repair and everything seems to be holding up nicely. Definitely recommend.

Bad.  Left me at square one to go calling roofers again, getting more quotes.

Johnston was the only roofer who proposed the correct solution to fix a lingering problem I have had with water leaking into my masonry exterior wall along the roof edge. The crew was on time, performed and excellent job and cleaned up after themselves.
