I wish i can stop by in front of this store and stop people from going inside. The guy VINCENT is a thief. An Unprofessional and UN Ethical and disgrace to customer service. You will be asked to to pay cash (so you cannot do any thing afterwards). The service will be agreed on one price and later you will receive a call that now its a  different price. and still it wont be done properly so you can come again so he can get more money out of you. Seriously i do not believe those guys how can they treat customers like that. I wished have googled them before so would have saved my money hassle and inconvenience. STAY AWAY PLEASE

The repairs were well done.  The headliner and the sunroof screen looks perfect.  Paint job and dent looks perfect, too.  No complaints.  I would recommend doing business with them if you want a repair done which will be done far cheaper than you could have done at a dealership.
One bit of advice is that you will have to call them.  If you try to contact them through Angie's list or via email and you may not hear back from them.  They may be a little old school on how they respond to a new customer.
They seem to have plenty of business and not that they specialize in just luxury cars, but I did see them working on BMWs and Mercedes.

I had the roof lining replaced in my 1997 BMW that was falling off. When I first picked up the car all looked fine, like a month later I noticed the covers for the front pillars on either side of the windshield started to fall off, first the driver side then the passenger side. I kept pushing them in and they would stay then fall off again. Finally the driver side cover fell off completely and I then noticed that the clips to hold in place were broken. There was nothing wrong with these covers when I took the car in for repairs, but I know they took them off to complete the roof lining replacement and most likely broke them at that time. Also, from the time I picked up the car I noticed that the new lining that they installed was too thick and the sunroof had issues opening because of the friction created. I use the sun roof sparingly and even like that the new lining that cover the sunroof part started to get ripped because of the friction. This is my fun car and I only use it on the weekends, even with the little use that it gets the pillars and the sunroof broke off.
I took the car today to complain and the first thing the guy tells me is that I waited too long, it has not even been six months, and like I say, I use this car 2 maybe 3 times a month just on the weekends for short drives, what is the warranty on the work? 2 weeks? About the pillar covers he tells me first that the part is not re-usable, OK, so why didn't they replace them at the time of the repairs then if it was not re usable? When I ask him that he tells me that it is old and brittle. OK, same questions, why were the parts not replaced at the time of the repair then if they were old and brittle?
About the sun roof, he tells me that the problem is that the tracks are worn out. Nonsense, the material is too thick so it rubs against the roof when the sun roof gets retracted, there is nothing wrong with the mechanical operation of the sunroof.
He tells me that he can correct everything but that the sunroof has a problem, I know that the sunroof has no operational problems so I decided that I am not allowing this guys to touch my car anymore, next thing I will be looking at a sunroof repair for $600 or so, no thank you, I will look for someone else. When I tell the guy that I am going to rip him on Angie's list with a review he tells me that if I do he will sue me, sue me for what? Telling the truth? The roof repair is the only thing that has no problems, even thou the material they used is much thicker than the original one. Of course, for the sunroof part it does not work because when the sunroof retracts the space in between the bottom of the sunroof and the top of the roof is minimal, I would say about 5 mm so with the material being so much thicker than the original material there is just not room for it to retract without friction.

It went very well. I brought my Pathfinder in by 9am and job was completed by 6pm the same day. I was very pleased with the results, and would definitely recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

The job was done perfect. They provided mewith before and after pictures. They also provided all of the documentation for my warranty.

I dropped it off on a Tuesday and got it back on a Thursday.
