One bit of advice is that you will have to call them. If you try to contact them through Angie's list or via email and you may not hear back from them. They may be a little old school on how they respond to a new customer.
They seem to have plenty of business and not that they specialize in just luxury cars, but I did see them working on BMWs and Mercedes.
I took the car today to complain and the first thing the guy tells me is that I waited too long, it has not even been six months, and like I say, I use this car 2 maybe 3 times a month just on the weekends for short drives, what is the warranty on the work? 2 weeks? About the pillar covers he tells me first that the part is not re-usable, OK, so why didn't they replace them at the time of the repairs then if it was not re usable? When I ask him that he tells me that it is old and brittle. OK, same questions, why were the parts not replaced at the time of the repair then if they were old and brittle?
About the sun roof, he tells me that the problem is that the tracks are worn out. Nonsense, the material is too thick so it rubs against the roof when the sun roof gets retracted, there is nothing wrong with the mechanical operation of the sunroof.
He tells me that he can correct everything but that the sunroof has a problem, I know that the sunroof has no operational problems so I decided that I am not allowing this guys to touch my car anymore, next thing I will be looking at a sunroof repair for $600 or so, no thank you, I will look for someone else. When I tell the guy that I am going to rip him on Angie's list with a review he tells me that if I do he will sue me, sue me for what? Telling the truth? The roof repair is the only thing that has no problems, even thou the material they used is much thicker than the original one. Of course, for the sunroof part it does not work because when the sunroof retracts the space in between the bottom of the sunroof and the top of the roof is minimal, I would say about 5 mm so with the material being so much thicker than the original material there is just not room for it to retract without friction.
I dropped it off on a Tuesday and got it back on a Thursday.
