His address on my property (home) showed "Miami, FL 33015;" my insurance documents showed "Hialeah, FL 33015" (the postal zipcode area). My insurance documents had to be changed to continue with my property. Advance Insurance handles all the "red tape."

I have used Advanced Insurance Underwriters agent Christee Norris for several years now. What a difference! She returns calls, emails. She gives advice on things you can do to lower your rate. She helps you if you are stymied with bureaucracy. Above all, she gets you the best possible rate on flood, fire and wind. What a difference! Before I had a State Farm policy for years. All they did was collect the check. I once called to see if I should claim a plumbing flood. They discouraged me and said if I filed the claim, it might make the Insurer more likely to cancel my policy. Then a few months later they pulled out of South Florida--a move long in the making.
