We are a full time estate, liquidation, & moving sales company providing complete clean-out services. We specialize in the following areas: Estate, liquidation,& moving sales. We work directly and offer free referral services to Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Appraisers, & reputable Auction companies. Also, buying estate, jewelry, and quality additional pieces. This is applicable, when there is not enough inventory to conduct a sale.

Their team killed it. Not only did they capture the best available values for my items but they even moved the non sold items through a liquidator. It's never easy to down size and part with items that you paid a fortune for. Selling it yourself is a nightmare and a mountain of a task if you have a 25/8 career that is taking all of your time. They came in, organized and inventoried everything, didn't sell the items i did not want them to sell and promoted the event to maximize traffic. I cannot say how much of a Godsend their entire team was for me.

Sandy Tavarez was thorough, honest, intelligent, clever and a joy to work with. I interviewed, by phone or in person, 4 other South Florida estate sales agents. We made triple what other estate sales agents estimated we would make. She came to the house maybe 10X before and after the sale to make sure things went well and she brought her professional team during the 4 sales days. She is the consummate professional with a heart. It's extremely difficult to go through the sale of 45 years of your mother's belongings and cherished momentoes. Sandy handled this sensitive situation with confidence, talent, brilliance and compassion.

"I find it very unfair that this client will give us a bad review when we went to the appointment and couldn't contract with her because the items she had were not what our current clients are looking for, we did contact the client and related this information to her, apparently the client wanted me to contact her while I was on the apartment with her Realtor, something we decided not to do, because we wanted to tell her privately, not during our visit while her realtor was there. Maybe another company would have been able to conduct her sale, because all companies do not have the same client base."

Sandy took care of credit card and cash sales. Kept careful records of items sold. The helper covered the garage area, while I was consulted when the buyer wanted to negotiate a price. My sale had a lot of small items that brought small prices considering the amount of effort. Sandy was willing to go ahead with the sale even thought her profit was not huge. It is more difficult to manage a sale when not everything is for sale.
Sandy sent her helper back to help me prepare unsold items for donation and disposal.
I was very pleased with the result. I am a packrat, and it is hard to give up "stuff" in order to downsize.

I am extremely impressed and pleased with Absolute Estate Sales & Appraisals The sale went well and Sandy was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and personable. The time and effort she put into the sale went well above our expectations. She even put in a few hours the next weekend to help us sell a few items we had left over, asking nothing in return. Her expertise identified a painting (that we may have thrown out thinking it was junk) as a named artist and possibly of high value. It is being sent to Sotheby's for further evaluation and appraisal. I highly recommend Sandy and Absolute Estate Sales to anyone considering having an estate sale.

She came and was extremely knowledgeable examining and looking at various things my Mother had collected. Sandy supported me and pointed out many items values and characters and prices I should expect.I will do a series of garage sales with the support of my friends and If I don't get enough sold to cleaned out of the house i will certainly contact her to do her Estate Sale service.

I highly recommend Absolute Estate Sales and Appraisals. Sandy Tavarez was terrific. She spent a lot of time explaining to me how to prepare for the Moving Sale, she came and priced and ticketed all items for sale at my house, and she came with a professional crew day of sale doing everything she could to help sell as much of my household goods and furniture as possible.

Estimated values and promptly supplied us with estimated values for use in negotiating sale of furniture to home buyers. Has not charged us. Will be paid with percentage of sales on estate sale items just prior to our move.

The sale was well organized and successful within the limits imposed by the condominium board (no open public sales, but only by appointment).

I am assisting my family with downsizing - my mother will be moving from her house to a smaller apartment. I met with Sandy, who is a wonderful and compassionate individual. Sandy was very honest in providing feedback around options that will work for us. Even though we won't be using her services, she recommended some extremely viable approaches for us, and basically drew us a roadmap.
I would wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend her to anyone who needs help figuring out what to do with their household furniture/art/decorative pieces, etc.

Sandy is remarkable and her partner Charles is great. They came all the way from Ft. Lauderdale to look over my things. They have been very helpful and has stood out is how kind she has been the whole time. They pointed me towards people that might have been able to help me.

The price was 25% if they sold at $10,000 or more and 35% under 10,000. They were very honest and very up-front. They was no game playing. They were very efficient and very professional.
