"I find it very unfair that this client will give us a bad review when we went to the appointment and couldn't contract with her because the items she had were not what our current clients are looking for, we did contact the client and related this information to her, apparently the client wanted me to contact her while I was on the apartment with her Realtor, something we decided not to do, because we wanted to tell her privately, not during our visit while her realtor was there. Maybe another company would have been able to conduct her sale, because all companies do not have the same client base."

I am extremely impressed and pleased with Absolute Estate Sales & Appraisals The sale went well and Sandy was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and personable. The time and effort she put into the sale went well above our expectations. She even put in a few hours the next weekend to help us sell a few items we had left over, asking nothing in return. Her expertise identified a painting (that we may have thrown out thinking it was junk) as a named artist and possibly of high value. It is being sent to Sotheby's for further evaluation and appraisal. I highly recommend Sandy and Absolute Estate Sales to anyone considering having an estate sale.

"I don't have your information in my calendar and never visited the address you have listed in Angie's List. This is very peculiar because the date you mention as our visit, I was pricing an Estate Sale that was being conducted in the Harbor Inlet area of Ft. Lauderdale & is impossible for me to be at 2 locations at the same time. I have no contract that shows your name and address and my company uses a contract. When I'm asked to bring a "client" as I have no "partners", and an offer is made & accepted, the item is paid for and removed the same day, with a bill of sale or receipt showing a description of the items purchased, I show no record of such a transaction. The only time where a transaction is not completed is when a client can't verify ownership/provenance for the items that are offered or when we feel the client is not able to make sound decisions on their own. I will be contacting my representative at Angie's List today to see if we could get this review looked at in more detail."

"Our apologies for not being able to hold your sale, we could only handle a certain amount of sales to ensure they are successful and go as planned. Unfortunately there is no way to post a calendar to show availability. You did send photos of a couple of items to our direct email address and we gave you an opinion regarding value back in March. we also included a telephone number where we could be reached and asked you to call us with any questions and to schedule an appointment. We did not receive a telephone call or direct email from you until June. Unfortunately the email came to this website and is our FAULT for missing it. Nothing ever came from you to our direct email address and no telephone call was ever received from you. Normally when you establish contact with a company, the next step is a telephone call to arrange a visit and a visual inspection of the items you have. Only then could we have determined the best course of action to follow."
