They were good when they sent their A team. It was explained to me that the first plumber they sent only goes out for simple jobs. Well it was obvious that simple is all he could handle. maybe he is good with a plunger? the second two plumbers really knew their stuff. They worked hard to get the job done. They had to break open a solid concrete wall to get to the line and did a great job. My only criticism was the second plumbers said the boss would send someone else to repair the wall, but I never heard from again. So, I had to fix myself. Other than that. I'm satisfied.

They answered my call promptly. Their work was very good. The inspection was very thorough- they checked every nook and cranny, every appliance, every hose...it was a great comfort to know that everything was in good order. I would highly recommend this company for good service at a fair price.

I?ve used them in the past and I go back to them because of the way they handle situations. They are very clean and they always clean up after themselves; they leave absolutely no mess. He gave me a discount because I'm a repeat customer.

Actually, I know the owner's father. They came and delivered. They even gave me a $100 discount because I was a neighbor. The price was very good. They were very clean. There was no dirt, no mess. Nothing was left behind. I called them the day before. The owner looked at it and gave an estimate right away. They came exactly at the time they were supposed to be there.

When I arrived home at a few minutes before three, the men had already been there, made their installation, and departed. When my electrician attempted to start and test the generator, it was not getting fuel. I called the company and asked why and was put on to the man who did the job who told me that he had just put in the galvanized pipe, attached it to a line that appeared to be coming from the propane tanks and did not test it. Actually, he suggested that I check for propane by taking the pipe apart to see if there was gas coming through! It turns out that the line was not connected to the tanks at all. The work they did consisted of installing about 4 feet of galvanized pipe from the gemerator, including the regulator which was mine, neglecting to include a sediment trap (code requirement),and then attached it to a line that went nowhere. For this, they charged me $675. My requests to the owner for partial credit have been ignored. Avoid this company at all costs.
