Not for one second should this company be backed by the BBB!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! My stuff got picked up 3 hrs past there eta and the guy was unbelievably rude and argumentative then not for ONE second do they tell you ur stuff will be picked up and unloaded in there warehouse and left for days in there warehouse before they finally reload our stuff and then brought it to us loaded with someone else's stuff which was also never told to us. (Who knows how others live) Our stuff is here and we have MANY broken items and to top it all off they hired a sub contractor to come help assist with the move in ******* and there worker stood out side on the phone the whole time not helping this man at all!! Also quoted us one price and charged us over 1000$ more!! DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAMERS

Very badly. We experienced serious issues throughout the process, from inaccurate volume estimates to unexpected charges and poor communication. Every attempt we’ve made to resolve the situation has been met with denial and claims that the problems we reported didn’t happen (indeed we were keeping our photos and screenshots for legal actions). We are now moving forward with small claims court and submitting screenshots and photos as evidence. Make yourself a favor and choose any other movers and you will save money, time (and headaches)

A Masterclass in Overpromising and Under-Delivering If you’re in the market for a moving experience that tests the limits of your patience, communication tolerance, and trust in humanity—24ls.us is the company for you. The sales rep deserves an Oscar. Truly. They painted a seamless, efficient picture—one that apparently the rest of the company never got the memo on. Once they had our business, the service fell off a cliff. Every attempt to get answers has been a labyrinth of passive-aggressive responses and hollow assurances. It’s now been over two and a half weeks and our belongings have not even left storage. That’s right—they haven’t even started moving. And while I understand contracts and policy fine print, no policy excuses the absolute black hole of accountability this company has become. Here’s the brutal truth: their internal coordination is abysmal, their timelines are meaningless, and their customer service might be the most disengaged I’ve ever encountered. If you care about your time, your belongings, or your sanity—avoid 24ls.us. There are plenty of moving companies out there. This one just moves slowly, silently, and without any regard for the customer. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.

If I could rate them less than a zero, I would. Would not recommend them. Bait & switch company. This was the third place that I called to get a moving quote. I gave all of the inventory to Chris. Then I was transferred to Lisa Marie. She was supposed to video call from a secure line. She did not. She had to use her personal cell phone number to FaceTime. Don’t know how much clearer I could have been in the video to show her the difference between a box spring, adjustable bed platform, and what a headboard and footboard look like. I was also assured that a tractor trailer could fit down our new street as not to incur more additional fees. At the time of the move, the guy that they sent was completely rude. He said that we had too much stuff compared to what was listed by Lisa Marie or Chris (remember how I had to show her in her FaceTime call the items that we were taking). The guy said to us that if we are unsatisfied that we can just call another moving company. When trying to get in touch with Lisa Marie, she ignored my call until my partner called using his cell phone and she stated “I’m out with my son, I don’t have time for this”. We had to be out of our house the next day for the new homeowner as well we’re moving cross country. We were stuck. It ended up costing us a considerable amount more. We had to leave heirloom pieces behind and had to leave two headboards/footboards and other headboard. When traveling to our new home, we were called by Arthur. When speaking with Chris when first setting the move up, we were told that they do not use 3rd party drivers. Guess what, Arthur is a 3rd party driver, doesn’t work for 24-7. We were told by him that they can not get a tractor trailer down the street (a task Chris & Lisa Marie should have investigated before hand) so it ended up costing us an additional $1505.00 so he could rent a truck. All said and done a $5800 move/quote turned into almost $11,000. Plus CSI whom you have to put your claims through is useless.

5 stars all around!! We moved a two bedroom apartment and everything was handled with extreme care, including our very large, heavy and expensive mirror. Ivan, Andriy and Yuriy were extremely efficient and so great to work with. These boys always deserve the biggest tip! They came on time ready to go. We couldn't have been more happy. 100% worth the investment! Definitely recommend 24/7 logistic services. Thank you!

It was fantastic. I moved to South Florida and everything went smooth. Customer service was helpful with information regarding time frames. My items were packed with care and arrived quick and safely. I highly recommend 24/7 Logistic Services and I would use them again. 10/10! A+!

Awful, one of the worst experiences of my life. Avoid this company and their unethical/scamming business practices. This is the first moving company we ever ATTEMPTED to hire and may be our last. We hired them for a same state move 2 months prior to our move. After screwing up so bad we had to rent a uhaul and move by ourselves in less than 24 hours. I want everyone to know what to expect if you hire them. The beginning: Chris was my salesman and was a very convincing nice guy who made empty promises and did a horrible job at explaining how they do business. He had me walk through my house and detail only what UNBOXABLE items in the house will be moved. He produced a very attractive quote which included 2 workers for 10 hours and I accepted it like a fool. Did not hear from him after that except for my few attempts to call him with issues or questions which he pushed off to "customer service". No follow up call was performed by someone at this company to check on items added or removed from quote and inform me of the next steps. Cancelation window with this company closes 10 days prior to move so the no contact seemed intentional now... The day before move I get a call from a Evelyn I believe it was. She informs me that the movers will be there between 12-1 the next day and I am required to pay the drivers, but they only accept cash, usps postal orders, wire, or zelle. (Deposit made by credit card but not accepted for the move) . All these forms of payment are very hard or impossible to trace or get back. She informs me that I owe them a very specific to the dollar amount.ref name Day of move I get a call from a MD gentleman saying he is just now leaving to head to my house and will be there between 3-4 (supposed to be 12-1). Weirdly he asks if my house is single story, which it is not. About 4/430 a Ryder rental truck pulls up to my house and three guys jump out of the truck, none of which are wearing anything to do with the hired company. They did a walk through of the house to see what the move would entail. After the initial walk through the main mover tells me they severely under quoted you and I will owe you quite a bit more but we won?t know the exact number until after and proceeds to ask ?how much extra cash do you have on hand?? I don?t carry cash and had the exact amount of money requested by the lady that had called me. He also informed me that they have a surcharge of $75 for each stairwell. When I question why this is the case he shows me the quote that he was given? it was differently than the one I signed with the company. In this same conversation he hands me a blank bill of lading and some other document and says ?sign here, here, and here? to which I say ?h*** no I?m not signing any blank documents?. Shortly after this he gets up irritated by my questions and says this is a waste of time I?m leaving and hops in the truck and drives away. I call customer service and an Elizabeth says something along the lines of ?we charge hourly get over it and pay up?. To which I responded with some colorful language and hung up. Shortly after he leaves I get a call from a guy named Charles claiming to be an owner or manager apologizing and telling me that they want to get this done for us. He promises that the men from earlier will be returning to complete the move and he tells me the price of the move will only be a little more. 2 hours later he calls again and says the 3 guys will not be returning because they are angry? probably because I didn?t just do whatever they wanted? charles promised he will send a new group the next day already informed of what is to be done and the price. By this time we are so angry and over this shady move and truly believe everything about it was a scam that we canceled and got it done with our amazing families help. Hope this review keeps someone away from this horrid experience.

They did a good job. They were easy to schedule. They took care of us quickly and efficiently.

The quality of work was excellent. I didn't have to wait and everything was fine.

We moved from Baltimore, MD to Florida. I appreciated the constant communication. I even received a call on the weekend, when I had a question. I found the company to be responsive and the movers were very gentle with our furniture and boxes. The price was reasonable, only increased slightly because I had forgotten to add a very large painting and the workers had to put it in a box. Overall, I've read of horror stories and was apprehensive, but I didn't need to be concerned.

It went great and smoothly! The gentleman were professional and courteous and respectful. Moving can be stressful and they really made the experience stress free. We would definitely recommend them to anyone moving.
