Description of Work: I was concerned that the once over he did on the roof wasn't very thorough. He did however patch a problem that I pointed out to him and later had someone call with estimate for a permanent repair which I though was a little high.

The Angies List tune up is to seal vents look for nails that are high or low and to inform a homeowner what needs to be fixed which is what we did if you felt the quote was to high i left several messages trying to reach out to you to follow up and at that point we could of possibly worked out a better deal you didnt even try to negotiate sorry you felt that way but im always here to help

we came out did a estimate and no further workwas done i tried to accommodate you with a better price and of course a quality job apparently we didnt come in where the other quotes did ?? Do they carry workers comp and General liability insurance those are usually the companies that come along and do things cheaper.

Description of Work: It was fine. The company contacted me within 2 days after I placed the order, and explained what they would do and what was not included. I thought I needed a roof inspection and possibly minor repairs. I learned while I was away on vacation my neighbor, a contractor and a good Samaritan, actually took care of the repair problems, so I no longer need the service I had purchased. I do apologize we did what we could on a two layer shingle roof that really is beyond any kind of maintenance i really wish i could of helped but most likely with the roof in the condition it was there would be a great chance i would end up doing more damage messing with things up there . Description of Work: They came and put a new roll type roof on our Florida room while we were out of town. It looks good and doesn't leak, what more can you ask from a roof? Since we chose the thicker roofing material the room is quieter during a rain. We are very happy with the work they did.
